Best support ever! This app really helped us with our 40 pick up points. Needs for every eshop are different. This amazing team heard our feedback and helped us on every change that we needed. For us a great support team is worth more than an app. Here we have both. And even under the current circumstances everyone in this team was here for us, fixing every problem. Thank you guys!

App worked great, but I find it's too expensive for us. We're an online shop that is just starting out. The company would get far more people installing their app if they figured out a scalable model that grows as your sales grow or a longer trial period.

Horrible customer service, I tried using this app for my online store to offer local deliveries and pickups and it has been a nightmare getting to get this team to respond to emails. Very confused customers with a feature that works half-way. Maybe they'll follow up with me after this review..

This is a brilliant app, saved us money and time - really useful for our new online shop we are working on. I had some questions and emailed support (got Andy) and he was quick, efficient and went above and beyond - just brilliant! thanks for sorting, saved me a few hours figuring this out.

The app works well when it works but support is unavailable. I opened a support ticket and it got closed with no resolution, no follow up and no notification. I discovered they closed my ticket themselves without telling me. I have sent countless emails and left phone messages and have had no resolution to my store pick up issue after 8 days. We lost a whole bunch of Mother’s Day business. I understand they are super busy during this time but I wish there was someone who could help me. I really want to use this product but they don’t make it easy!

No support!!. Sent email at the beginning of April, we are in May and my issue still not sorted. This is unacceptable. My store is busier than ever and because of the lack of support it is slowing down my delivery process.

We have been using this plugin for a couple years as it is the only option that suits our unique needs. When it works, it works great. The problem is it goes through waves of not working. This has only become worse in the last few weeks. Support is slow and they never take ownership of the faults in the app. I have provided evidence and shown how I have replicated issues that customers have had and will still receive feedback such as: "It looks like the customer is doing ...." or "Shopify doesn't let us..." It is obvious that the majority of issues stem from their servers being overloaded and lagging. This app is responsible for significant losses in income for our business in the last month and we have chosen to wear the costs of converting to a different platform just to avoid using this app.

We found this app to fit the specific needs we had for our store to do local delivery and make pickups available. We breakdown delivery charges by zip code and used Zapiet's Delivery rates by zip code app to make that work. We had an issue because of a misconfiguration (missed a setting) and local delivery wasn't working, but Bogi helped out and went back and forth with us to resolve the issue and answer other questions we had. There was a slight delay, this was at the start of all the covid lockdowns and I kind of expected as such. We did have one feature that seemed to work in the last version, that was changed in the most recent version, but the app is very well made and thoughtfully put together. Thanks guys.

I have been using this plug-in for two weeks. It started off buggy and then it just got worse... a lot worse. Now, I cannot process any orders without manually inputting them to navigate my customers passed a forced shipping charge. I reached out to Zapiet customer service and also had Shopify reach out to them, which they did. Zapiet's customer service experience is HORRENDOUS. They have responded to me once over a course of two weeks and the response was generic - absolutely no help to my actual issue. Do NOT waste your time. It's a trap.

New site, trying to get app installed and integrations working with other apps listed as "integrations". Overall App advertises some great functionality but in reality it isn't a straight out of the box solution. Support is slow and responses are generic. Better documentation would help for integrations with other apps listed as integrations. Anyone know how to setup/troubleshoot integrations to Onfleet and Inuitive Shipping? No response from support on my requests.

The app would be great if I could get a minor item fixed, as I am a store owner not a computer expert. I requested support on Monday and it is now Friday and still no response. Meanwhile my free trial is whittling away and I have lost all the sales from this week.

Good support hard to install. Might be a game changer though when installed. May have to have support install or have a developer. If you are not familiar with coding then I don't think you would be able to install it.

I used this app to offer delivery according to zipcodes. Customer support has been helpful, supporting me in adjusting some code to personalize the app experience.

couldnt integrate zapiers delivery rates by zip code... disappointing... it should be easier while both are the same developer
