Great App and support. We were able to change the text throughout the plugin to suit our copy tone of voice, customise email templates and the rest of the process was straight forward to setup. Andy was on hand to help with our themes Ajax cart implementation.

You know, sometimes you buy something, and it works as promised right out the gate. I love it when that happens. That's what happened when I bought this plugin. Well sort of. I did need some special tweaking to make it fit my client's needs, but Andrew took that on quickly and at a very low price. The plugin was used to set certain products that require a prescription as in store pick up only so that our shop could offer it's wares online while still remaining compliant. I came back to him later to help with some small changes, and he was there right away to help. Like right away. Its 6.30 PM in Texas so it must be after midnight in England, and he was there to help practically on demand. Can't beat it. If anything funky comes down the road, I'm confident Andrew and his team will be there to help.

This app was exactly what we needed to provide checkout options for our customers. We ran into a small issue with set up and as soon as we accessed the live chat for help, Andy was there immediately to solve the problem. Great customer support!

If I could give this app 300 stars I would! We have had issues with our calendar/date picker app since it was installed a few years ago. Pickup orders account for a high percentage of our orders - and it was challenging to capture the information accurately - resulting in lost sales. Enter Andrew with this amazing app! Great customer service, easy install. Was looking for an app like this that would let the customer bypass having to put in their shipping info and finally found the best app for that. Couldn't be better!

Andrew from Click & Collect and Gary from tag tray ;) Click and Collect is a great app for the people like us who also have physical stores. We have tried the “Shopify method” by adding shipping options. But we had so many confused customers that we had to remove this option. Now, our clients are really happy with Click & Collect! They can easily chose one of our store locations to pick-up their favorite dresses up from. And also, they can save the cost of the shipping at the same time. Many thanks from 1861 ♡♡♡
