The first agent that assisted was delayed in helping. When I deleted the app out of frustration for paying for something I couldn't use, due to it not even being looked at for 7 days after having access to my store.. the SAME day Robert Fhu replied to my email, got in there, and within hours my problem with coding was solved. Even on a new theme I was in the middle of making because I was revamping my store to accommodate not having the app. I am super impressed with him, and am now a continued customer after 3 years, and hopefully many more to come!!

I purchased this app to be one of the foundation elements of my online business, with zip code verification and local delivery as my main focus of use. Unfortunately I will likely have to figure something else out as their customer support is awful/unresponsive and the app does not seem to work with my (paid) theme, even though they have a widget for it. Initially the CS was slow but eventually responsive with a smaller issue, though I had to answer questions in order to get moved on to a "specialist" that could help me. I was supposedly moved on to this "specialist" 5 days ago and have heard nothing back. 3 days ago I saw that despite the app having a specific widget for my theme, it is causing my ENTIRE CHECKOUT to stop working. Even after I removed the app, I STILL had to go in and delete code. Then when I re-installed it (and was re-charged $ for it, which also needs to get handled now) none of the installation happened, and it all had to be done manually. Throughout this entire process I have heard nothing from support. I called the phone number in the support email and all it says is that Zapiet is "closed." This is incredibly sketchy and understaffed at best, and is a complete rip off at worst. I'm disappointed in Shopify as well, as this was one of their recommended apps. Don't waste your time and money.

I downloaded this app because my store does store pick-ups and delivery. After a month of customer service answering me once every 3 or 4 days, not being able to speak with someone, being passed from one person to another and now I'm paying for a transaction app they said would fix my problem but didn't...enough is enough. Absolutely terrible customer service

I have requested help countless times regarding daily order limit and no answer. This has gone on for over a month. Perhaps this one star review will get your attention. We delivery the product we sell and can only deliver so much in a day. The daily limit is set but the orders keep adding up over and above the limit. I dont know if it's the current times or excess use, and I have tried to be patient, but this app has failed us during critical lunch hour peaks now three times over the past 3 weeks. Customers are not able to select a day or time to check out for hours and sometimes It stops working for the rest of the day.

Unfortunally this app is very unstable. Three times in 3 weeks their app has been down, which made it impossible for customer to buy anything on our webpage... There is also no 24h Support, so when the app is down, you can just wait and hope. Sorry, you lost me as customer

Of course in Covid-19 madness I needed this app to being delivering and offering click & collect. The widget wasn't immediately showing up after installation, and im no coder, so was frustrated trying to fix. One email to support and they had fixed the error had it up-and-running overnight. Communication was quick and friendly. Highly recommend this app for both use and customer service!

I want to preface this review by mentioning that I'm a product designer and front end developer by trade so I'm rating this app knowing full well how products should work before launch. With that said... This intentions and goals of this app are fantastic except it's EXTREMELY buggy and many of the features that they advertise don't work. We currently pay for the highest plan they offer. Very specific feature sets that come with the plan don't work and the app is aware of it with no fix anticipated except for several weeks from now. For example, order thresholds. This is crucial for our business as we are delivering groceries during the COVID-19 crisis and the fact that we have to keep track of our order amounts throughout the day for open slots and on a manual basis is time consuming. Their customer support is also extremely poor and severely lacking. I've sent in dozens of requests across multiple issues and asks... I've only gotten 1 back that directed me to an article that provided one solution (this was involving data to place in our order notifications that tell the customer their delivery/pick up dates). All the others I've sent either got zero follow up or if I do get someone who responds and asks me a question, I'll respond immediately and the never hear from them again. Now I understand that they may be handling an influx of requests and also understand that some asks may not have viable solutions. But at least communicating that to customers who are paying you $50 a month would be appropriate versus just not responding at all. Unfortunately, the amount of features that DO work are still enough for us to keep this app as there are no others available out there that can provide us with what we need. At the same time, we haven't had the greatest experience and their prod dev QA is extremely poor. If you guys can actually fix and address the above, I'd honestly give this app 5 stars. Hopefully we see those changes implemented sooner rather than later. :) EDIT: Still experiencing non stop issues with this app. Just look at all the recent reviews... Support fails to respond yet we're paying for their premium plan which is supposed to get you priority support. Lastly, the developer responded to our review regarding the delivery slot limit and the ability to check the capacity being rolled out ahead of schedule. The delivery slot limit still does NOT work and the ability to check capacity has extremely poor UX. Why do you have to click a calendar for a specific day of the week versus just opening up the calendar and clicking ANY day to check the limit? Again, we don't really have an alternative app at this time otherwise we would have switched. Non stop headache!

If I can give zero stars, I would. With everything going on, you want your online store to be efficient and streamline. I've put in more tickets to have my issue resolved than orders received! They would escalate and nothing would come of it. Very disappointed!

There's been a few ups and downs with the plugin, but overall it's giving my high traffic store the functionality to offer more ways of selling and fulfilling. There's been a few bumps, but the support team has been there to help. Overall, I'd recommend trying it.

What a great app! We are a small bakery with 4 locations and had a hard time finding something that would allow us to easily set up in store pick up. This was exactly what we needed. This is my first time setting up a website and Andrew was extremely helpful when I had questions. Thank you! Updated on 4/17/2020 - We have been using this app for a couple years and I would give it 6 stars if I could. If I ever have an issue, I email their support and the problem is fixed within a few hours. They are great, thank you again!!

App looks great on the site but doesn't actually work. When customers select in-store pickup or local delivery, they are only given shipping as an option. Have been trying for over a week to get help from support but I have received no response from the developer nor have they responded to the Shopify Expert who is trying to help me get this installed and working.
