Great live chat service by Clemency. In my timezone (Asia). Intelligent support agents who know their app inside out. We've had this app connected for more than 5 years and whenever we need help (which is rare) they are there to help. Just added it on our new store. Shopify you should give this app some kind of special treatment for its excellence service.

We have been using this app for years and love it. The features are great. Really expands upon Shopify's rather lackluster in-store pick-up options out-of-box. We are currently upgrading to a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme and had an issue with the widget not showing up on the cart page. I contacted support and Diego was extremely helpful. He had the issue fixed in just a few minutes. Thanks Zapiet team for the continued support!

First of all, the customer service alone should be reason enough to choose this app. Any issue we've encountered has been promptly responded to and resolved by going above and beyond. As an online shop with food sales, we could not function without the Zapiet App. It allows us to customize everything we need for pick up and delivery. Specific pick-up times, delivery dates, and most importantly preparation time which allows us to put together the freshest ingredients and fresh bake custom orders.

Just experienced a wonderful level of service, which can only describe as astonishing. After making a terrible error in removing the app in question. I was fortunate enough to stumble onto Betty. Her thoroughness, patience and attention to detail to ensure that I, a complete novice to both Zaplet and Shopify, was 2nd to none. She managed to reinstate my settings and also tweak my configuration to meet my requirements. She was an absolute life saver, as my foolishness around removing the app, rendered my Shopify platform inoperable. A valuable asset she is, to both Zaplet and Shopify. Thank you Betty.

The customer service that we received from Stephane today was very clear and helpful. This app allows our bakery to run efficiently with date restrictions and preparation times. It is important for us to have these functions since all of our products are perishable.

We used to have a calendar app that wasn't connected to Shopify's checkout. So customers had to choose the delivery method twice, at the cart page and at the checkout. This was very confusing and customers would often choose one method at the cart and a different one at checkout. With Zapiet this doesn't happen, when customers select one delivery method, it carries to the checkout. The support I received was amazing, everyone was very helpful and I managed to install it without having to pay someone to do it. It's easy to set up and use. Special thanks to Klaudia!

This app has gotten better and better, and support has really been amazing. We had some issues starting out, but now I can't imagine what we'd do without this app!

I was shocked by the number of installs, reviews, and the kind of app behavior when I installed it in my store. Firstly, I kept on trying to insert my Google API. It took about 40 mins to sync and authenticate; I kept texting customer support, and they saw my texts (status: seen, but no reply). Secondly, This app blocked my entire checkout function; their functionality would not load anywhere and freezes the scroll and checkout. I have a basic theme from Shopify, and this app could not install itself correctly. The developers should ensure such problems do not arise for paid users and strengthen your support. Thanks

Excellent customer service from Betty. To be honest, I was a bit frustrated because I had already lost some time trying to get in touch with support. I would send a message, and by the time they responded, I would no longer be in the office, and this went on for a day (which, those of us in e-commerce, know is a lot of time). And then Betty appeared! She was really attentive, helped me very quickly, and I also noticed that they have much more documentation than before. She sent me very well-explained tutorials, and I would make the updates right at that moment. I've been using the app for several years with another website, and I hadn't needed to seek support in years. But now, with this new website, I had to contact them, and I was very satisfied. Managing Apps on Shopify is not always the easiest of tasks, we have been using Zapiet for years now, it is intuitive, logically laid out and has an awesome support team that is very responsive, whenever any questions arise or settings need tweaking which is inevitable they are there night or day. Highly recommended.

Support is super quick and really helpful. Had an emergency with my checkout and Zapiet support sorted me out within 5hrs. Woohoo!
