Outstanding technical support I received from Raji. I recently had an issue with my Zapiet account, and Raji was able to quickly and effectively resolve the issue. Raji was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my issue and then worked with my template specifically to find a solution. I am so incredibly impressed with the effort level and technical abilities of Raji. They went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for their assistance. As a result of Raji's help, I will be a Zapiet customer and advocate for life. I am confident that I can always count on Zapiet to provide me with the excellent customer service I have come to expect. Thank you again for Raji's outstanding support. We own a company that sells gifts and before getting Zapiet our clients were confused in our checkout. They would never give us the recipient phone number and sometimes they would choose the gift to be shipped via our Canada Post Flat rate box for more money than it would have cost if they selected delivery which is faster and cheaper. We set up Zapiet pickup and delivery as well as Zapiet rates by Postal code and although setting up the shipping profiles/delivery rates was not intuitive and therefore harder for me than just using organic Shopify, the Zapiet live chat reps were super knowledgeable and programmed them for me along with a little bit of free coding to make the Canada Post Flat Rate box work. I love that the recipient phone number is now clear and mandatory and with editing the language I was able to turn the delivery note field into a GIFT NOTE field for clients to fill out for their recipient. The part I like the best is the customer filling out their postal code before reaching the cart to see if we deliver to their area. I would say this app can do 99% of what I want it to do but the benefits LARGELY outweigh losing the 1% (which only pertain to the Canada Post Flat Rate Box, which if you don't use then not applicable to you). Overall I recommend highly.

So far, so good! We're a florist and gift store, with a need for date and time selection for fresh flowers, yet at the same time we sell non floral goods country wide. Shopify can't support this, and with the help of the awesome Jelizaveta, she was able to quickly sort out the issues I was having (of my own making), and recommend some other things to sort out to make the customer experience seamless and have the store work perfectly. It finally feels like the store is properly working and nearly ready to launch. Thanks so much Jelizaveta!

When I submitted my support request, I assumed I'd be waiting until the next day for a response and who knows how long for a solution, but Jessica responded within 30 minutes or so and fixed the issue (among others that I hadn't caught) almost immediately. Jessica is a true magician. There was a technical difficulty that I had been struggeling with for months and she fixed it within a hour or so. The only downside is that I feel stupid now because I could have reached out to the Zapiet customer support sooner. They are really one of biggest the reasons why this app is better the all the rest ! Thx again Jessica !

This was the worst app experience I've ever had. I asked the support team about if the app will accommodate my issue before completing installation. My issue was related to multiple shopify locations. I wanted to allow customers to purchase online and pick up at whichever location they preferred regardless of where the inventory was located and to eliminate the double charge for shipping from multiple locations. I was mislead to think it would solve my issue and then told to switch to an annual plan with shopify. I did and spent over a week working with support to get things to work as they should. When it kept having issues, I asked support again for help and was finally told that it was a shopify issue and that the app cannot override their functions. Why mislead me to switch to an annual subscription, install the app, set up all the settings and spend an entire week with support to fix an issue that was never going to be fixed in the first place? I've never written a review but this was infuriating. Do not download this app if you are trying to solve the same issues as me. Worst experience ever.

Support was super responsive and was able to fix several issues quickly so we can launch our new site!
