This app has been great, we have implemented it a few months ago and are loving it so far. it works! but it takes a little more than a month to pick up the momentum. it's not cheap at all! but it's cheaper than affiliates.

Decent app although I've only started using it - if you have more than one store then you'd have to download separate apps. Great support team too - big shout out to Tomas K. who gets issues done in no time - machine.

I was assisted by Tippy Destacamento with all of my questions and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to hop on a Skype call with me to discuss my concerns and helped me solve each and every one of them. I am so thankful for his help, what amazing customer service.

I used this about a year ago and while it worked the default client-side UX wasn't great. Anyway - another year, and its a much better product. We've had plenty of referred sales and that's even with turning the email options off.

I love referralcandy's customer support they're all awesome especially Adam and John they rock! When you have a problem they will always give you solutions and they never give up until a certain concern is not yet fixed. 2/1/2018 - Karen assisted us for a reward issue. We found what seems to be the problem and now checking with our manager since its a custom reward related. Very accommodating and friendly vibe which is great :) 2/22/2018 - Tippy was cool! He always helped me look for things and he's so friendly.

Dealt with Tippy. Very friendsly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach when needed. We'll be using the app but for the time being, it seems to be fairly easy and simple.

The support team is awesome! The app is super customizable. In fact I think that more Shopify apps should do what these guys are doing regarding emails customization

So far I'm really like ReferralCandy, I just had a walkthrough call with Tippy who was extremely helpful and helped me figure out exactly how to set up the program for maximum results. The initial install was very easy and the customer support is incredible! Give Referral Candy a try!
