Although I haven't used the app yet, so far the installation and set-up were straightforward and easy. Derek from customer service quickly responded to my queries and walked me through the platform once it was installed. When I had a question he couldn't answer, he made sure to find out the information for me immediately after our call. I am hopeful that this app will be a great fit for our store.

Tippy was very helpful! I had a question about how to change some settings and he did a good job walking me through the process. So far the app has been very good.

We recently used ReferralCandy and Derek was very helpful and responded to my question quickly! I would like the app better if we could run two campaigns at once through one account.

Yet to use the app, but Tippy was very helpful in helping solve an issue regarding the changing of templates!

This review is for the service not the app. We have yet to really use the program, but the service Jon provided was incredibly helpful. Our business model is a bit nuanced and Jon walked me through how we could make it work. Thank you

I've been looking for a referral app that would allow me to show a post-purchase pop to customers and make it easy for them to refer their friends. I tested a different app for over a week and got slow responses from their team, and the responses I did get were not thorough at all...then I found this app, and not only are the capabilities much more in line with what I was looking for, but support has been great - Derek Benito was extremely helpful and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. I'm just getting started with Referral Candy, but the onboarding experience and capabilities are solid so far.

Great app that has proved to be very beneficial with increasing sales. Derek Benito is our point of contact and he is very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful.

We use this app for our referral program, and it works great. Would definitely recommend! Easy setup, and Derek has been very helpful with customization.

I recently used Referral Candy for a campaign we ran. It was so easy to use and integrated seamlessly. Being able to customise the messages as well was great. On top of all that, the customer service was excellent, always on hand to help out with anything.

I have had fabulous support operating this app-- the help I got was easy to access and extremely helpful, Derek B was the best!

Seems straightforward so far (we've only had it a week) - clear dashboard with easy to read metrics - customer service got back to me within 20 min on a question in chat, thanks for the help Jon!

Tippy over at ReferralCandy was fantastic at helping us get stood up and answering some technical questions.
