Just getting started. But Tippy from customer services has been hugely helpful, and things are looking great. I am very encouraged.

I really enjoy the potential that comes with this app. Email referrals can really help and is one of the more affordable ones of all the apps. Customer service is responsive and great, but there is some work to be done on your end. Naturally, setting up the brand, proper marketing for awareness is important. I wish it can be integrated easier into shopify if you are using the points method without having to enter referralcandy page specifically, but it gets the job done.

Tippy was very agreeable and knowledgeable. I have an interesting case where I would like to use customer referrals as well have an affiliate program. He helped me see that I can have both using Referral Candy! I have to use two accounts to achieve this but it is nice because then things are completely separate! I am excited to get to work and customize these programs. The one thing I really like is the automation of the program. Thanks again for the information Tippy and I will be messaging you for further help.

Though some of the features could be a little more fleshed out (HTML editor on the emails is very basic), this is a solid referral program with excellent support. My account manager Derek is knowledgable and always on chat to quickly answer questions and is also available by phone whenever I need it. Definitely recommend this plugin for a no-nonsense referral service.

Jon is very nice who helped me solve the problem with high efficiency. And also this APP is absolutely great. Everything is fantastic. operation is easy, the pop-up is beautiful and the service is REALLY GOOD!

Referral candy worked very well and the customer service team was a huge help. Tomas went above and beyond working with me over an hour to setup my account and make sure that everything was in order for my store.

I just tried this app. Quite easy to use. Looks fine. Tom helped me when I have some questions. Very fast response.

Just installed ReferralCandy. Pretty easy so far and the customer support chat feature is amazing. Derek was so helpful and tried his best to provide as many resources as he could find. Only critique is that there is limited customization ability (e.g., I can't change the color of the font) but that is outside of Derek's control. 5 stars to customer support, 4 stars for customization capabilities.

I used this app back in the day but just restarted it. Had a problem restarting it but contacted their support desk and got an email immediately back. Jon responded to me quickly and reassured me that all was good. What great customer service! I hope this app brings in more sales. Will write another review once I see some action.

Trying to get the referral candy working through additional 3rd party within Shopify as well, provided me with some challenges and unexpected output or happening. The referral candy support team was fantastic though, very professional and may I say patient to guide me through. So great thanks to Samantha, Thomas and ultimately Derek who pointed out at me that it was just working find and where I had to look for it. The Strength of any APP is not just in the power it can do, but equally so in the Power of the Support team and the Professional organization behind it. I'm so excited to use ReferralCandy for my store. I'm not very techy and was a bit confused about how to set everything up, thankfully, Tippy saved the day. We had a good experience with Referral Candy for a while; the platform is simple and easy to use. We are transitioning to a more robust rewards and referral app that is a better fit for the size of our customer base and our subscription order model. But the Referral Candy team is great and our rep Jon has been very helpful!

needed help changing some text before launching our referral campaign. the customer service sent me a few quick screen shots and helped resolve my problem in less than 5 minutes.

I just started using this app and when I had a problem Karen helped me to solve it quickly. She is very professional, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service and definitely recommend the app.

The livechat support is great - Karen was quick and efficient in helping me with my query and getting our referral scheme up to scratch. Referral Candy is great value for money when compared to other referral platforms out there.
