Derek in support was really helpful in walking us through the program. We use our referral program selectively which makes it manageable. Easy to use interface, and less time consuming than other referral platforms we have tried.

I had Tomas assisted me in investigating a referral code which will not activate upon application. He walked me through the possible causes and we found the root of the problem in one chat. Efficient customer service! Best of all, I learnt a little more about the Referral Program and it's functions. Thank you, Tomas :-)

I had some issues with the app's features at first, so my initial review wasn't good, but I chatted with Jon and he helped me get through the issues and made my experience much better. He was able to help me figure out the problems I was having and improve my experience.

It goes without saying that a referral program does make absolute sense! Referral Candy is perfectly simple to use for the end customer and that is why I chose it. Good: Simplicity. Just a couple of minutes and it's up and running. You never have to worry about payments or any of the tracking, all automatic. Bad: it's difficult to customise to a way that feels like people are naturally interacting with your site. There is always this awkward layer of referral candy which can be off-putting for customers. We used it for 10 months on 2 sites, to mediocre results. Our best brand ambassadors didn't like it, so we're stopping using it.

I'm new at this but the app does exactly what i need it for our first referral campaign. Tippy, from their support team help throughout the process and gave quick answers to my questions.

We had some issues with a person referring themself, but after talking with Tippy we were able to resolve the issue. Still unsure if this app is right for us, but customer service is good.

The support staff (Derek and the engineers) was very helpful with the ReCharge integration setup. Quick responses and they solved my problems in a timely manner.

Solid set up instructions by my man Derek. Really intuitive app. Can't wait to watch what it does when it is implemented in full force.

I tried literally every subscription app on Shopify that is available in the app store and found out that Referral Candy was the best of all. Mainly because they have a clean and easy interface and is fully translatable in Dutch. Apart from this, support (in my case Derek) helped me out fast where needed. Thanks for this Derek!
