We have just integrated Referral Candy, so this review is for the ease of integration and the customer service from Derek...he was helpful in advising on the best way to setup our program, and always provided quick feedback. Very responsive!

The customer service for this app is amazing! They walked me through how to get better website placement for the app and create a call to action. Tippy in customer service also was very helpful in informing me how to get the best use of the app for my business!

We are currently trying out Referral Candy and are pleased with how easily the app integrates with Mailchimp. Our advocates are aware of the referral program. Tomas has been helpful in advising and recommending the best way to setup our program and provided a quick easy to understand training.

We haven't launched our referral program yet, but have been getting help from Tippy in setting it up. He is terrific! Very responsive and knowledgeable. 5 stars to Tippy!

This app is pretty awesome and my support help has been stellar. Tomas on support has walked me through everything. He's done everything but basically visit my house, login to my computer, and set up everything himself. Great guy, great support, and great app. It's a must have in my opinion

Just installed and seems very powerful and easy to use. Good and helpful support as well. Quick and customizable.

I used this app because my customers were already spreading out the world about my products so offering a referral program was logical to me. I tried other apps and none of them were PERFECTLY how I wanted. Well now with Referral Candy (and S loyalty combined). I have the perfect system in place. My customers love it and most important use it. It drives me a lot of business since I implemented it on my store.
