This app works for both customer referrals and affiliate marketing programs - nice to be able to use the same platform for both. Tippy from Referral Candy was very helpful in getting our programs set up, as there was a bit of customization needed.

Had a little bit of a bumpy start, but Tippy and the customer support team eventually helped us iron them out and get started. Referral Candy has been a wonderful way to automate WOM marketing, bringing us the highest value customers. Highly recommended.

Great functionality and automation. Basically runs your referral program on autopilot so you hardly have to think about it! (even though you should still try to optimize it and tweak it). When I need help, the Jon is lightning fast at responding and resolving issues. I highly recommend this app.

After almost a year without a glitch needed some help from referral candy support. Contacted them through chat and Derek took care of it in under 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

Prompt customer service will help you through any issues you may encounter. Hadn't really promoted my referral campaign much but I'm seeing results as my store gains new customers.

I had few questions regarding the referral payout and Tippy successfully solved all my queries and have given me the solution and answers to my questions. Great Customer Service so far!

Jon from customer support is great. He showed his availability for my "customized needs" as I need the campaign to pause sometimes.

Lorraine from customer service helped to clarify how cash rewards could work through Recharge. Haven't had a chance to jump in too much, but overall templates look very customizable (options to edit code directly is a plus) and it's quick to set up
