Customer Service via this app was great. Karen helped me. I had a ton of questions and she was able to answer all. The app itself may not be right for us, but was fairly easy to set up.

This app is great but is missing one thing, in my opinion, to be AWESOME. I wish Referral Candy would allow me to see the unique code that gets sent out to my customers. There have been times where customers would lose their email and require it to be sent out again. There is no option to send them another new one and void the old one or send them a copy of the code already sent to them. Hats off to TIPPY who has been here for my business time after time with quick and efficient solutions! He deserves 5 stars alone.

The app is pretty easy to use. Our ways of doing things are a bit complicated and the app was able to work with our ways to create a reward system for our customers referrals. Karen has been checking in once a month to make sure we are all good with our program and has been an asset to us in the past.

Great customer service! The uploading of the customers lists is extremely slow but support was willing to do all the process for us.

Very good support and awesome app! Would highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to run a referral program.

Easy to get started and so automated that you really don't have to do anything once it gets started. Thanks to customer service helper Karen for answering my questions!

I am currently using the 30 day trial and I couldn't be more pleased! The app is seamless, straightforward and very easy to implement the pop-up, design the email and share on social media. It's a must-have to reward engaged customers.

This rating is for the customer service we've received so far. We signed up for Referral Candy but as we are in the process of updating our website we weren't ready to activate it yet. Karen M. has been most helpful - she was able to temporarily pause our account so that we could activate it when ready. Also checked in to see how we were doing.

The app is very easy to use and all is automatic. This is great for increasing your ROI! Also, the customer service representative called Jon Derek, is very helpful, they know exactly what you need (y)

Their Customer Service team is very helpful team via chat and easily reached by phone as well. Good out of the box solution for a referral platform.
