Lorraine from customer service helped to clarify how cash rewards could work through Recharge. Haven't had a chance to jump in too much, but overall templates look very customizable (options to edit code directly is a plus) and it's quick to set up

Customer service team especially by the name of Jon helped me out and really was patient and reached out to me after I was not sure If anyone would even get back to me, but they initiated a response after my last conversation showed I was not getting the help I was looking for. The representative Jon came through and followed up to ensure I was able to get the integration of the Recharge and Referral Kandy API Beta integration Jon was Very helpful, fast and responsive to my questions. I really appreciate when customer success persons like Jon showed up and really help out a customer on their e-commerce business.

I think the app is great if you want an easy way to engage your customers to recommend you to friends& Family. However, we had some problems to translate everything to German and adapt the design. For this issue, Derek from the customer service was a great help
