I had a setup call with Tippy, which was incredibly helpful in setting up and understanding how Referral Candy works. So many apps don't integrate with Bold Recurring Orders, or you have to spend hours trawling through articles and dealing with code (which I'm not confident to do). Tippy's help saved me hours and means I am now confident with my Referral Candy setup.

Great company! Great app! Karen did an amazing job working on an issue we had with our billing and payouts - live chat feature is incredible and she was very prompt and kind in answering all of my questions. Definitely recommend this app for any business!

We required a unique integration with Referral Candy & ReCharge so the setup was quite challenging but Derek was an amazing help! Not only did he reply to emails almost instantly, he suggested strategic workarounds and improvements to implement on our app and I could not have been more happier than to work with him. This app works for both customer referrals and affiliate marketing programs - nice to be able to use the same platform for both. Tippy from Referral Candy was very helpful in getting our programs set up, as there was a bit of customization needed.

It was a little frustrating at first getting bounced around to different people but Tippy swooped in and is my account manager now. Great functionality and automation. Basically runs your referral program on autopilot so you hardly have to think about it! (even though you should still try to optimize it and tweak it). When I need help, the Jon is lightning fast at responding and resolving issues. I highly recommend this app.

Prompt customer service will help you through any issues you may encounter. Hadn't really promoted my referral campaign much but I'm seeing results as my store gains new customers.
