Derek helped me navigate the app by doing a Loom video. That made a big difference. Thanks. I wish there was a tutorial for the referring customers on what to expect and how to expect it. It seems we need to provide more language in the email, but as it is still a bit vague what the referring customer experience will be it is hard for me to create the documentation to support the referring customer's experience.

I just had a great on-boarding session with Tippy! He not only walked me through the app, but provided a lot of insight into referral marketing for online retailers. I feel comfortable contacting him going forward with any questions that I may have. YAY! Thank you!

Best referral app for Shopify, period. We've successfully implemented referral candy to our store after trying several other apps that did not meet our needs. Referral Candy is well designed and easy to work around. The whole thing was implemented by marketers and did not require any lines of code, which is great. It's impressive to see how easy it is to install and get going. Our store is in two languages, and it was easy to work around and make the referral program work for both languages. Lastly, I want to point out that customer service is excellent. I chatted a couple of times with the support team and they had answers to all my questions in a few seconds. Karen, Lorraine Jon and Derek were all genuinely nice people who solved my problems in a few seconds. The support team is super quick and accessible. 10/10 would install again!

I was somewhat confused with how the payout system worked. I was thinking of canceling until Tippy walked me through everything. I was pleasantly surprised with not only his knowledge but also how much he cared about making everything work correctly for me. 10 out of 10 for Tippy's service. In closing, I would very much like to see custom discount codes integrating with referral links. This is a MUST for sharing on Snapchat, YouTube and Instagram. Links are fine for facebook and Twitter but almost useless for the above mentioned networks. Please implement immediately

Good customer service, most recently with Karen. Overall the app is good for the price, but I do wish there were more drag-and-drop style customizability for the template, previews available for all emails, and integrations with other apps like Klaviyo.

Great app, has everything that you need to start your referral program. Needed some help, and got fast response and help from someone called Tippy. Very nice person, managed to help me very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend using Referral Candy for your store, if not - you are missing out on some good $.

The app is great, having been using for a long time, and their service are excellent especially Jon!!

We have been using referral candy for our brand, and we had some problems on editing some of our pages. Tomas helped me out today on my referral page edit! His reply was quick and simple. Thank you for your detailed help!

Tippy helped me out and he was amazing! We are looking forward to working with Tippy at Referral Candy.

I use this app to increase sales and I love it! I love Jon from customer service as well. He's super helpful. Referral Candy is easy to use and very affordable for a small business so I'd definitely recommend.

great customer service - Tippy was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions and was very detailed.

I encountered some problems with the integration of Referral Candy with my shop's platform but Benz was really helpful in helping my to resolve my queries. She was really patient in my explanation and offered to clarify my doubts on Google Hangouts so that she can show me on her screen as well. Thank you for the great service!

Tippy provided extended and outstanding customer service in helping us get set up. He was thorough and helpful, exceeding all expectations in making things work. I would recommend you at least trying this service out for a month to see if it is a good fit for your company. You won't be dissatisfied with their customer service in the very least.

Derek answered all of our questions and helped us set up the app. The dashboard is also intuitive and easy to navigate.

Very good advice to improve our referral program. Benz was very clear and helpful. She gave us efficient insights.

After comparing a lot of different options, Referral Candy came out on top. Customer service is great and Karen with the pink hair is all you can wish for! Highly recommended!
