I encountered some problems with the integration of Referral Candy with my shop's platform but Benz was really helpful in helping my to resolve my queries. She was really patient in my explanation and offered to clarify my doubts on Google Hangouts so that she can show me on her screen as well. Thank you for the great service!

I have had an amazing experience while having an account setup with Referal Candy. I was in contact with Tippy and he even stayed over hours in order to help me out to complete our referral campaign! He was very patient and helpfull and for sure there is no doubt that we are in GOOD HANDS!

Tippy provided extended and outstanding customer service in helping us get set up. He was thorough and helpful, exceeding all expectations in making things work. This app is great but is missing one thing, in my opinion, to be AWESOME. I wish Referral Candy would allow me to see the unique code that gets sent out to my customers. There have been times where customers would lose their email and require it to be sent out again. There is no option to send them another new one and void the old one or send them a copy of the code already sent to them. Hats off to TIPPY who has been here for my business time after time with quick and efficient solutions! He deserves 5 stars alone.

The app is pretty easy to use. Our ways of doing things are a bit complicated and the app was able to work with our ways to create a reward system for our customers referrals. Karen has been checking in once a month to make sure we are all good with our program and has been an asset to us in the past.

Great customer service! The uploading of the customers lists is extremely slow but support was willing to do all the process for us.
