Easy to use and my customers love the ability to refer their friends. I had a problem (my fault) with the way I set up the app and Tippy was very prompt and helpful in getting it sorted out for me. I'm looking forward to using the app to grow my shop now that I have it properly set up

Referral Candy was super easy to set up and kick your referral program into high gear. I had a few troubleshooting questions and their customer service team was available at all hours of the day. Thanks again Derek and Tom!

The support team for the app is fantastic, in particular, Derek who worked with our store through massive amounts of troubleshooting and assistance. While at times I felt distraught, Derek was extremely helpful and took on a role far above and beyond his position to make sure I had the help to solve the issue.

So far great experience and Karen, one of their customer experience personnel really helped me to set up my campaign. Really great.

I can't say enough good things about Derek at Referral Candy. While relatively hassle-free, the Referral Candy platform isn't wildly easy to navigate as a first timer but Derek was incredibly helpful, going back and forth over e-mail with us for the better part of a week, helping us figure out and fine tune everything. Referral Candy is great, but Derek makes it unbeatable. Thank you for everything!

This app brought us over $1400 in referrals the first 30 days for a brand new product. Your results may vary. Great support and service also!
