Can't really comment on the quality of the app yet, as we just started using it - but I just got some great customer support from Derek. Prompt response, very friendly, even threw in a gif. 10/10 would ask for help again.

Haven't used the app, but if it's anywhere near the quality of their customer support it must be the best app on the planet - even in the universe.

Does exactly what you need it to do. Referrals are powerful but fiddly as hell to set up and manage. RC makes it easy. Also worth noting that the support is excellent. No issues, I just had questions largely because I didn't watch the tutorial video... but they got sorted on live chat quickly. All round a great experience.

Big ups to Derek. he helped me a lot for my question. The app didn't allow me to change the layout of the embedded sign up page but i am really happy with the custom service.

5 Stars specifically for Tippy's customer service. He was un-relenting to help us with some wonkyness in re-activating a Shopify experience. Thanks Tippy!

Tippy helped me set up my account in about 20 min and answered all of my questions perfectly. We were looking for a way to combine aspects of an affiliate program and a referral program. Even though the ReferralCandy program doesn't specifically do that, he showed me how I could manually do it myself. My call with him was super helpful! Thank you.

Dwight was an amazing help tonight and walked me through a better setup on how to use referral Candy. Looking forward to seeing our results.

Really easy to use and very helpful support team. Results are also clear and trackable on the dashboard. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the best referral apps i have tried so far! The only issue is there are limited options :S Cannot add influencers who want only commission by using personalized coupon codes, they must use their referral link and not all of them wants that on IG. I will be using this app, because of the awesome and easy futures and one another one for coupon code tracking.

Works great, we get so many referral sales from it and it's all automated so we don't have to do much at all! Super happy and they have good support!

This app helped me implement a customer referral program in no time. It's early days yet but it's a huge time saver for what could have been a time-consuming development and monitoring exercise.
