This company has GREAT customer service, which is important because you really don't want to be left in the dark when it comes to something as important as a customer referral program. Our support person, Tippy, is super dedicated, he responds within 1-3 minutes normally (which is fantastic), he even met with me via Google Meet during his lunch break to go over the settings on our page. Could not be happier with their performance so far. We will update this review as we get more acquainted with the company, but so far they're excellent.

Fantastic service! Everyone on the support team has been super helpful and responsive in getting things set up for me, especially Derek, Lorraine & Jon! I have many Shopify apps installed on my website and Referral Candy support has by far been the most responsive and helpful. The app is super easy to use and very intuitive! This app is pretty awesome and my support help has been stellar. Tomas on support has walked me through everything. He's done everything but basically visit my house, login to my computer, and set up everything himself. Great guy, great support, and great app. It's a must have in my opinion
