I tested this app for a couple of weeks and I like the idea but it is just too expensive for what it is. Pretty much the only option you have is to get your customers to refer their friends and that is going to cost you $49 a month plus 5% of those referred sales. Sorry, but an app like this is only worth about $25 per month and zero commissions on the sales, with such limited features.

Derek from Referral Candy went above and beyond to help me resolve a few problems I was having when customizing my referral program. He was so patient and really explained all of my questions in simple detail so that I could understand what was going on. I can't recommend them enough!

I have added this add with the plans on using it for customers as well as an affiliate program. The assistance from referral candy was fantastic, quick and they've helped me with all my questions. excited to get it up and running.

Tippy has now assisted me multiple times (both with billing questions and advice on upping exposure to our referral program). Very responsive and patient -- I appreciate the attentiveness and personal touch.

Referral Candy is a great tool for anyone that needs to sell more on Shopify. I got a really helpful customer service "Tippy" to help me and answer all my question right away. We have seen how this app has single-handedly increased our traffic, sales, and referrals. We would highly recommend everyone to try it because of the huge boost it gave us.

They have amazing support. They help us with some technical details in less than one day. We need some translation improvements and Derek has helped as so much, thanks!!

Testing out this app and it seems very promising. The whole UX is Amazing and onboarding is pretty simple. I had a few questions during the setup and Karen from the support team clarified and gave me great advice.

They are very responsive and Tippy helped us with the platform switch. It's not ended yet but it was helpful to have quick responses. The only issue is that you can't connect more than one store with same ReferralCandy account.

The app is very easy to use and does help to increase checkouts on your site. It is a nice way to increase sales as opposed to standard discounts and coupons. The support is also very responsive and accessible. Tippy has been a huge help!

This app is quite simple to use. Tomas guided me well through my 1st referral campaign. It got created within minutes. I like how easy it is to promote the campaign through ReferralCandy as it partners with Facebook, Mailchimp. So, everything is just a click away!

This is my first day using ReferralCandy. I contacted them to ask some general inquiries. I got Ben to help me out. He was very knowledgable with the product and assisted me as well with my problem about the customization of the banners. I don't like the orange colors of the default theme because it doesn't suit my website but Ben helped me customize it according to my preference. I ended up customizing the theme beautifully. Thank you Ben!

We where able to personalize our emails and pages to our needs as they use foundation for there templates. During our QA process, we contacted support for a couple of questions and Tippy was with me on live chat for the entire day helping me iron out the system so it worked to our needs. Great Product and Amazing Customer Support!

I haven't yet used the app. The set up instructions are basically non-existent although the customer service people did their best to help set up. Not sure if it will work for my business past the free trial period.

Have not yet implemented the platform yet on our site, but the customer service team (Karen) has been very helpful in answering some initial set up questions.
