A friend referred me to use this app and I'm delighted at how easy it was to onboard and get things going after installing the app! I'm surprised that I really didn't have to do much to get the referral program started for my business. After replacing the images and messages with my preferred ones, I had a referral program up and running in less than 10 mins! :) I had some questions thereafter and I'm glad to be served by very responsive and patient support staff like Karen and Jon.

Not even 1 sale with this referral program, and I have been already charged $49 for nothing. I guess they do not care.

I'm still new to the app but their customer service is incredible. Lorraine not only answered my questions but she made sure she connected me with all of the info I would need to further build out my program.

We plan to use this tool:) at first impression the costumer service is on very good level. Looking forward to start:)

We signed up for Referral Candy since we were looking to start rewarding our loyal customers for constantly making referrals for us, and also to have a mechanism in place that would allow new customers to avail of "earned" incentives. Onboarding was a breeze. Derek walked us through the process and explained all strategic options and things to consider. That was really helpful and we were up to speed in no time. 5/5 so far!

Great app, easy to install and to use. Had a few questions, Derek from The Referral Candy Team solved all my questions and provided an excellent service.

App has been good so far. Synced well with our Klaviyo account and when we had questions, Derek on the Referral Candy team was helpful in resolving them. Too early to tell if there will be a lot of business via referral, but our fingers are crossed.

I've just launched the plugin today and had a lot of questions about how to use it - due to my lack of understanding of certain functions - and Ms Dwight was very patient in resolving my issues, thank you very much!

Benz Jalali was great, happy with customer service. Only annoying thing Shopify doesnt let you do with this app is have multiple referral discount coupons at once if you're the referrer/advocate.

Easy to install, easy to configure and great customer support. Currently in week 1 and will update this review as I go along. Great so far!

Created a positive multiplier on our customer acquisition from day 1. Incredibly easy to set up and use. Excellent, responsive customer service.

In order to do a separate campaign for the same store, there was a need to delete all of the advocates at one time without deleting my account. Dwight assisted me in making sure the engineering team at Referral Candy was able to do this in a timely fashion (before the start of the campaign) without the need for deleting my account. Thanks, Dwight, for being so prompt and helpful!

I have questions on how to implement the app and the support, John, patiently helped me. I am now implementing it to my store.

I am very excited to see what the app will do to help my business. I had a great call today with Derek Benito at Referral Candy. He walked me through my account to see where I could make improvements and helped me add the widget to the home page. He was so helpful and encouraging. I can't wait to see what happens now that he is helping me!

I had a couple issues with our Referral Candy App- I reached out and Mardie got back to me with a quick solution. Thank you for your assistance, Mardie. It's not often you come across good customer service anymore.

Great Customer service, Tom helped me quickly with some formatting and tex issues. The app is working fine.

We are presently in the set-up stage of our Store and I have reached out twice and both times I received excellent service. Both Lorraine and Karen were extremely helpful and answered my questions fully.
