Referral Candy was super easy to set up and kick your referral program into high gear. I had a few troubleshooting questions and their customer service team was available at all hours of the day.

Derek was hugely helpful for the set up process. I am now trying the app and hope it will get me some referals.

Customer service was incredibly helpful with getting set up and running tests to make sure things are working correctly. There is a bit of a learning curve, and some of the UI can be a bit difficult to navigate. That's the only reason it's not a perfect score.

We've had referral candy running for a few weeks now and have already had our first sale. Karen from their team was awesome in helping us get set up!

This is a predatory and unethical app. Referral Candy makes it virtually impossible to delete or downgrade the app. This should not be in the Shopify app store until Referral Candy changes their behavior.
