It is a good app, with good support. However, if you are a smaller store like mine is, then I would first recommend to get other marketing channels up and running, like SEO and ads, etc... Referrals are probably among last to sort out, because they are based on your existing traffic numbers and it has a monthly subscription so there is that to account for.

Still setting up RC but JC & Caye have been super helpful and patient while we ask our myriad of questions. If your looking for an affordable and easy solution to reward your customers or to reward your promoters/influencers then take a look at RC. Setup is easy, Merchant proof. We also like the Klaviyo integration. thank you for your onboarding support RC :-)

Terrible app and even worse support. Discount codes do not work on the "new" shopify checkout, wasted 3 weeks waiting for a reply from support, coveniently in that time I was billed, only to be told they can help and ticket was closed.

Incredibly easy set up, really easy to use, and exceptional round the clock customer support. Super happy with this app for customer referrals and affiliate program.

This plug-in is very simple to set up, and it can immediately meet our needs. And Benz quickly helped me solve the problem.
