Reviews for Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

We tested this app for a few weeks and it was great! Ultimately, we had to go in another direction due to other aspects we require for our services that tied into our Rewards Program in a way that Growave was not enough to accomplish. We would highly recommend Growave and are sad to part ways after receiving such personable and FAST customer service. UPDATE (six days later): We switched back and are so happy we did! :)

Really intuitive, with great customer service. Tina has been super fast to respond, really clear in her answers & very helpful. Only draw back is that 'Custom Actions' are only available in the Enterprise plan. I'm not on Shopify Plus, nor do I intend to be. Having no middle-ground service whereby I could get hold of Custom Actions is a little frustrating. Not really a complaint though - more of a small wish for when/if updates happen. The app is fantastic and I'd thoroughly recommend.

Customer service is the best when it comes to debugging or fixing any issues. They always reply to you in less than 3 hours and get things done immediately.

I've had this app installed for about a week and so far, it's been great. It was easy to set up everything and I love the new rewards program. The responsiveness of their customer support is outstanding and they already helped me with a bunch of small but vital actions I couldn't make work correctly myself. Within minutes of activating it, a visitor set up an account! thanks for a great app!

Tattu is beyond amazing so is this APP! They went above and boyond even fixed a issue in my admin panel and no cost to me! I have already upgraded my plan and Also With this only being my 2nd day with the Referral program active.. i am already seeing Sales from it! Cant thank you enough.

Everytime I have a question or need help to improve my shop, Growave is there to help me. Tattu always reponds fast and her work is perfect, she helped me with my reviews and I love working with her! The support center is really awsome!

Nice app, installed quickly. The documentation on the installation is not too deep but customer support is really great and helps you within less than 24h!

We have been using this app for about 2 years. Very easy to use and has good instructions for DIY sections. Support is fast and reliable too. Definitely recommend this app.

Growave has made my website much more interactive for my customers and is definitely contributing to the increase in our sales. Their customer service is also very responsive and helpful. This is by far one of the best apps on Shopify. It not only replaces several apps in its functionality, but the user interface is elegantly implemented, and the icing on the cake is the exceptional service, that's always available, it's prompt and hyper-efficient. I absolutely love this app thus far! I had trouble with integrating a few things to my website and I reached out to customer support to help with this. I had the opportunity to work with Tattu who always kept me updated on the progress being made. She was also so sweet and open to any questions and concerns I had. Very nice app, I like that the reviews and loyalty program are accessible by a floating button and then open up into a small window. The customer service they provide is exceptional, they are always there to help and even provide suggestions on other things I miss.

Despite the timezone difference, Tattu was always there to answer to my questions and satisfy my requests. Probably the best customer service ever. Concerning the app itself, it does its job perfectly and it's customizable, that's a plus. Just reach out the Growave team and they'll do their best to make you happy. Highly recommended!

Support alone is enough for 5 stars! Tattu is super kind and helpful, she's always there to help you with any kind of issues or requests that you may have. The app is also great, of course. At the moment I'm just using the social login feature, but I will consider to extend it to other features in the next months.

We use Growave for our social proofing, certain email campaigns and referral that is on-the-way. Their customer support is excellent. The interface is not the easiest to navigate, but for our scale of operation, it is comprehensive and decent value for what it does from Reviews, Referrals, VIP and wishlist-ing.

Nice customizable App and great support! And i am getting more and more customers through the loyality program.
