The app works great. Amazing support! Absolutely recommended. The best support I had from a Shopify store app.

We have been working with the team at Growave now for around 4 months. In that time, when we have had any issues, the team have been right there all the way. At times there have been some delay issues, but I have to say the girls, and it always seems to be the girls, have always kept us up to date with the progress of issues which we have raised. I would be more than happy to recommend the Growave team and their App to anyone who is looking for an all round solution to growing a business.

I added the app just a week ago, just for the whichlist. Not only it's working great, the support team help me within minutes for any of my questions (I am not a tech savvy). I will certainly upgrade to use the back in stocks.

The team at Growave has been absolutely amazing answering all my questions and helping me to make their platform work alongside my storefront. I use the app for the reward points system, it is very versatile and customizable! I definitely recommend this app if your looking for a way to give your customers rewards and discounts.

I use Growave primarily to get wishlist and login capabilities. I have received an excellent customer service from them, replies were fast and helpful. Everything is nice and sleek on the website. I would definitely recommend any one on shopify to get this app!!!

I accidentally discovered Growave this morning. I was searching for an app that could provide me with a nice Review page. I am just thrilled with my page. I love my new Reviews page and I think "the Wish List is the icing on the cake'. It looks so professional. After all the hard work and long hours designing my new store, I think I deserve to have something really special (like this app. I have the basic plan but you'd think I had the more expensive plan. I am in my 70's and I thought I might feel 'over-whelmed' but Alice helped me through all the steps. It was easier than I had initially anticipated. Growave makes it fun and easy! The support is wonderful. I had a nice lady by the name of 'Alice' who walked me through the whole thing. She made it so easy for me. I used the app to get a wishlist, which is working great. There was so much more to it. I love the Instagram galleries and shopping pages, that it lets you set up. The reward system is an interesting way to get customers. to earn points. There are many great things all wrapped up in one, all in Growave. Alice was ever so helpful, patient, and kind, in helping me get started. Thank you.

Support is fantastic, even if you are in the free version. I plan on upgrading soon and couldn't recommend more. Great people, greater app functionality. A must have, no matter the size of your shop.

We were looking for an app that could help us with a loyalty/rewards program for our store. Growave gave us exactly what we were seeking and more. It covers all areas of customer incentives with wishlists and reviews too. We'd previously used separate apps for these other areas and having it all-in-one is so much easier. The added benefit of Growave that we didn't anticipate was the prompt and friendly response from the customer service team. The developers also work quickly on requests. I'm never normally one to leave reviews but working with Growave has been a genuinely enjoyable experience.

I'm very happy to work with Growave app AND TEAM. Tattu from support has been with me since ten days and quick answer to fine tuning question outside of what app allows to do, and great for me, do some direct help on my theme, and always a best return by mail. very good support, thanks specialy to Tattu ;-)

Seriously not happy with this app. I thought i was getting an all in one automatic app, as this is how it was explained to me. If someone comes in my store and makes a purchase...they get points when they check out. if someone comes in that was referred by someone else, the referrer gets points...all not true. I have a free app that already does what this offers. I don't see the point of spending so much money to get nothing extra for it. I want my IN STORE customers to get a bonus...not make myself work harder! Can i give it negative stars for false advertising?

Started my first month with this app, and above all else, the customer support is absolutely fantastic. Always very friendly, helpful and very quick to respond. Overall a very pleasant experience so far with the app and its team.

Im just starting with a new store in Shopify and growave seems like the perfect companion/add-on and the support is really great, So far I'm really happy with what can be accomplished. does this app work with the empire theme on shopify? I used it for the debut theme and it worked well, but now that i've changed the theme i dont see it anymore. Customer service is good, someone reached out to me immediately to assist me with this!

The growave has given totally over delivered, we requested their assistance to instal both the review app and the wishlist app and they helped to install it in our shopify store. On top of that they assisted us with customizing the tool.
