Reviews for Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

The App has a lot of functionalities which are all very good! We now get around 5-10 reviews per day without doing anything - it's all automatic. The support is nothing less then premium. They recently helped us to sync our reviews between two different shopify shops and they were very helpful and made sure it is an easy process. Thank you for developing this App.

There was a serious bug (point expiration email was not sent based on the setting) but the technical team manages to solve it within 2 weeks.

I added Growave to one of my stores and liked it so much that I just added it to my second store. When I moved my stores from another platform, I had to do a lot of research and had originally chosen smile but changed my mind when I saw the other options that Growave offered within the same app. It offers a lot and while I'm not using them all to start, I am using the reviews, wish list, rewards and referrals. I plan to add the VIP tiers as well. Any time I ran into an issue, I got great response (Tattu a lot but others as well) and they even contacted me proactively and offered me a special page to make my Refer a Friend program really pop visually. I certainly didn't expect that. I still have more to explore since there are so many parts of the app to test but I'm sure that when I do that, it will even further confirm that I made the right decision.

SIX STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best apps ever, whishlist, loyalty, reviews, UGC, social logins and analytics, it even have tired points with many Engagement Based earning points and many redeem options ... we love this app so much ... the support is almost always live on the chat ... and if not they reply very quickly, they also do customize some features or errors on the spot, we use it on Shopify Plus and all our stores ... we wish they can connect and integrate Same loyalty points with 2 stores and connect the users since we don't need to install on every store individually

easily the best customer service of any app i’ve used yet. issues resolved quickly and even though i have the feee version they helped me integrate this into my theme and customize so it all fits. 10/10. once my business grows i’ll look to get the paid plan and integrate my other applications

The app is great, but even better is the customer support. I have often updated the theme of my website, and immediately they reinstated the apps and took care of my particular request. I really love the app and them, and I wouldn't change them for anything. I especially thank Tattu, very sweet and always available for all my requests.

I installed this app and started testing a few days ago, mainly for the wishlist function. It works great so far and their customer service is excellent. I had a few minor issues and needed a few adjustment to match the styling of my website, Tattu always responded so quickly and provided excellent help!! I highly recommend this app and love their customer service.

This app has helped me get more reviews than ever. It's a quick and easy process for our customers to share reviews and ask questions. If any issue arises, the support team responds in a timely manner and fixes anything I need without hesitation. Super great support.

I have been using this app for about a week now and so far it is working awesome. I was able to consolidate 5 apps down to 1 with this app and increase my overall features and functionality. But the best part so far has been the service. Alice reached out to me as soon as I installed to offer assistance. I needed help several times with a couple of things I wanted to do for my store. She responded almost immediately with each request and handled each one right away. She always showed a positive, can do attitude every time which I greatly appreciated. I greatly felt as if she cared about me and my store. Was very impressed with the overall customer service with this app.

Whilst I haven't had much of reaction to the wishlist or reviews. The customer service is insanely good! They helped integrate the app exactly how i wanted it to look, let me asking 135335 questions without ever making me feel like a burden. I originally had it set to $69 but unfortunately haven't had enough of a reaction to warrant that so gone back to free plan

I just signed up for the free version of this app a couple of weeks ago, and I'm super pleased with it. The free version has wishlist, reviews and social login. The customer service is incredible. Not only do they answer your questions quickly, but if you have a problem with something, their people can take care of it, free of charge. I'm planning to upgrade very soon and highly recommend this app.

**Subbed at the $69.99 level ** The app itself is a great little system, very clean UI, easy to follow and manage. Works very well on my webstore, and my customers are thrilled I can finally offer a wishlist/loyalty points system. The review feature is definitely worth installing, picture reviews are fantastic, and with the reviews being motivated by loyalty point rewards, ive had 15 reviews in 24 hours versus 3 years of my store being very busy and only receiving 115 reviews. The loyalty rewards really do work, and i couldn't be happier. Now the customer service.... Is on another level. They have a built in messenger app right in the UI of the app, and are VERY responsive. I installed this app on Jan 1st, they integrated it on an international holiday.... They then helped me with about 10 special requests i submitted to change colours, icon placements, etc. All done and finalized in a single business day while maintaining great communication. You might be able to patch together a few other apps to do what this one does and maybe save yourself $5-10 a month, but the customer service here cannot be matched. Shopify veteran of 3 years and this is the first app thats blown me away with the excellence of the service. 10/10

I've had growave for only a couple of weeks, but I am loving the app and the customer service is incredible! All my questions have been answered quickly and requests to make changes on my site have also been attended to quickly! Very happy I added this to my shop

This app works so well for us. We had to do some changes to a previously loyalty system and programmers and CSR team were so accommodating and did some minor back end work for me to make it work. The customer service is unreal good (Tattu and Alice are so amazing). Really happy with the app and the responsiveness.

I have been very happy with the ease of use for my customers, and the way the reviews show up on my store. I am extemely pleased with the customer service - they are always responsive to my questions, very helpful and very nice.

I use Growave for customer reviews, wishlist and my shop instagram gallery. The app is super easy to use and I am really happy with the results. I also can't speak highly enough of the support team they are super fast to both respond and action my requests!

I used this for Wishlist. There were some errors but they fixed it asap. Overall it's good. I ll continue to work with Growave.

Simply the best review tool I've ever used on my website, it works perfectly and the setup is so easy! Better than the tool is the customer service, the team helps you with everything you need so quick as if they are part of your company. I fully recommend them :)

Really useful app, lots of cool features and great price. But most of all, excellent customer service.

Best customer service of 2020 award if I could give them one. The team have become friends. They have been there for me through the ordeals of Covid19 and gone out of their way to help as best as they can. If this year has taught us anything in business it's about empathy and trust with who we partner and work with. Who will listen to us and return messages to use their service and that is priceless. The level of service I've had with the team at Growave, especially with Tattu, has just been amazing. Top notch service along with top notch applications. I've been a big fan since moving over all of my separate apps that did what Growave does individually all onto Growave's platform. While it hasn't been easy, Growave's team has helped me every step of the way, and even went above and beyond to make all the little details stand out for my brand. Great app. I was skeptical at first but then I saw the demo. Since the installation, they have been so responsive with all of my questions. Excellent customer service. I am so happy I found it!

I started a free plan today, and the devs went above and beyond to customise the look of the wishlist button for me. I am so amazed at the service they provided, and I wasn't expecting them to even do it today because it is Christmas Eve, but they worked on it immediately and I could not be more impressed and grateful. I highly recommend it to everyone.
