Great app with awesome features. It does everything I need and more. The customer care team behind this app are very helpful and friendly too which is great when you need extra assistance.

This app has so far done everything it promises to do and does it well, which is quite rare these days. What I am most impressed by is the customer service provided. I have had several simple and complex questions and the customer service team has resolved every single one within the day (even getting developers involved to correct some code for me) Excellent

I install the application, but it does not allow me to enter the administrative menu, instead it redirects to another page and reinstalls the application

So far I have a great experience with all the Growave team. The app was a little bit tricky to install myself as I am not comfortable with HTML, however, after a quick please help me email they sorted it all out for me. Now to start learning all the features :)

I'm a new Shopify-er and I initially was trying to set up Yotpo for reviews. After struggling for a week to work through things, I did some online research and came across Growave. Looking through the reviews and the website, I was impressed with the offering and decided to go with them instead of Yotpo. TO MY UTTER AMAZEMENT there was a dedicated rep that reached out within 20 minutes or so letting me know she was going to start the work. NOT AN HOUR LATER and I'm all set up and everything looks and works GREAT! Seriously! Its only day one (well hour one) and I'm already happy, so if the app works as well as the customer service, I'll be a happy camper. I've only had this app about a week, but the support team has been SO helpful with any questions I had along the way getting it all set up. Super easy to use too! Love that it's an all-inclusive type app so I'm not having to manage several apps. I recently had an issue with my cart icon not displaying and they literally had in fixed for me within an hour! So grateful!

We've tried different Instashop and reviews apps but Growave has combined these multiple apps in one simple and cost-effective solution, providing us fantastic support which is extremely helpful, fast, and efficient. Highly recommended.

I've never experienced better customer service with an app! They're super responsive, speedy, accommodating and friendly. This suite of apps is already pretty easy to set up, use and integrate with existing store incentive programs, but the Growave team has really helped take it to the next level by assisting with customized design across each app. A++!

We have tried so many Apps for social login, wish list, review and reward systems but no one satisfied us before we met Growave. The unified essential apps provide rich functions and integrated very well. What's more, the support is wonderful, even if we ask our language specific requests, they accommodate our demands very quickly.
