The customer service is top-notch. I'm an idiot when it comes to integrations and apps. Alice, Tattu and the staff here are never too busy to answer my questions and share screenshots and how to's. The app has a lot of features I was going to get from separate apps so I was very happy to find Growave and with the customer service, this makes installing Growave the best decision I've made for my online shop. I can't say enough positive things about the service I've received. Well done!

Wow, I will never use another application for loyalty or rewards in my life again, in fact, I saved so much switching to Growave, and it's AMAZING customer support ( huge shoutout to Tattu & Tina ) as someone who's been in ecommerce for 7 years now, I will always advocate for Growave's amazing ability to increase my conversion rate, website speeds ( less theme files = better speeds to a degree right ..) or at least perhaps it would best be assessed as accruing a major advantage over having a messy load of theme code. They immediately help you with anything you need, I believe I will save around $10K+ in just app fees this fiscal year as a result of this application. Trust me, as someone who has been in the Shopify community for quite some time, has always been a huge advocate for Shopify being the best E-Com Platform, and having the pleasure of using Growave - Reviews, Loyalty Program, Wishlist, Reviews, and omg I could go on, customization, conversion optimization. Overall value. If I had one app, this would be the one. I rarely write reviews as I would never leave a 5 star if I didn't believe I was being honest and full disclosure, I rarely leave any reviews as I'm busy this time of year.. every year, every day, every hour. This app. Saved me so much time, and has added so much value, my app list immediately had no necessity for 5 - 10 others.

This app is everything I needed. It's like all in one solution and for such a reasonable price! Don't get discouraged if something doesn't go with the style of your website. Just message them and they will fully customize and design according to your preference. And the best part? Their customer support is second to none. I added the app just a week ago, just for the whichlist. Not only it's working great, the support team help me within minutes for any of my questions (I am not a tech savvy). I will certainly upgrade to use the back in stocks.

We have been working with the team at Growave now for around 4 months. In that time, when we have had any issues, the team have been right there all the way. At times there have been some delay issues, but I have to say the girls, and it always seems to be the girls, have always kept us up to date with the progress of issues which we have raised. I accidentally discovered Growave this morning. I was searching for an app that could provide me with a nice Review page. I am just thrilled with my page. I love my new Reviews page and I think "the Wish List is the icing on the cake'. It looks so professional. After all the hard work and long hours designing my new store, I think I deserve to have something really special (like this app. I have the basic plan but you'd think I had the more expensive plan. I am in my 70's and I thought I might feel 'over-whelmed' but Alice helped me through all the steps. It was easier than I had initially anticipated. Growave makes it fun and easy! The support is wonderful. I had a nice lady by the name of 'Alice' who walked me through the whole thing. She made it so easy for me. I use Growave primarily to get wishlist and login capabilities. I have received an excellent customer service from them, replies were fast and helpful. Everything is nice and sleek on the website. I would definitely recommend any one on shopify to get this app!!!
