This app is amazing. The customer support is always so fast to respond and helpful as well. If you’ve Shopify POS they integrate with the loyalty program. The app is very versatile, multi-functional and easy to use. The support is great and extremely responsive. I just started using the app and had a few problems with the way I wanted to use the app, the Growave team was very quick to resolve my own 'workflow' problem which required customization. There are many, many... apps out there to choose from these days and it can be confusing to select the right one which many have overlapping functionality. I've started to trust the feedback/reviews of all these apps which are based on 'real' customer experiences. Adding Growave was the one of best decisions and had immediate, positive results for our ecom business. The addition of social credibility, reward loyalty, and encouraged sharing has helped grow our business. Implementation and operation is simple, even for those of us who are less-than tech savvy. However, what really sets this app apart is the incredible customer service provided by their team! Vlad assisted me recently with reintegration of Growave's widgets after we updated our theme to Shopify 2.0. After ensuring he understood our issues, he got to work and had everything operating correctly within a couple hours.
