The customer support is amazing and they always reply right away. I love how they always are very detailed about the steps to follow!! LOVE THIS APP!! Alex from customer support is the best!!

I have tried other Loyalty apps before and none of them have the ease of setup and implementation as Growave. The out of the box options already have a beautiful modals and you can style to make it on brand. Usually the Support for many Shopify apps offer good Support, but they go above and beyond. Besides that their UI is simple and easy to navigate, offer full flexibility on how to setup your points/rewards and their Shoppable Instagram modal is incredible and, in a few days, drove more revenue than I expected. Highly recommended!

Amazing app but even better customer service! The team always respond quickly to any questions that arise and are a great help. We used this app for a year and so far the setting is easy-to-use but there are some restrictions in the custom setting. Other than that, the customer service is very helpful, fast responds. I would recommend all of you to use it!

I really like how it combines multiple apps together and I do not need to find ways to get apps working in sync. I have had some troubles but Tina has been extremely helpful to help me get things started, even during the holiday season. Would recommend this app if you want a multitasking app.

Stay away from this app. From their site it all seems simple but in the end it is impossible to set everything up correctly without problems. I was in constant contact with the team for 4 days to solve very small problems due to their non-existent tutorials! They don't even explain well in the FAQ or help pages how to do everything you need ... Not only that: I asked how to make a change on the reviews I uploaded and they replied that there is a "secret setting" that costs 150 $ ........... But do we realize? BAD BAD BAD I have installed LOOX and now everything works correctly. All set up in a few hours and the result is 10 times better, even graphically. Ah, and it costs less. GOODBYE

An all in one app for reviews, Q&A, loyalty and more. Very powerful and the team is very responsive. I should say their services have improved even over the past few months.There is definitely room to improve the QA process. I also wish we could integrate with Klaviyo with other plans and not just the highest plan.

This is hands down the best app experience I’ve had. I use Growave for the wishlist, reviews, and loyalty program. Out of the box, it’s very well designed (and I’m a graphic designer) You can customize many elements with your exact colors on your own or go even further by reaching out to support who are incredibly responsive and kind.

So far so good. Been using the app and its been good to me. I changed themes and the reviews and rewards disappeared but the team at growave messaged me and got that sorted.

The app itself is really useful. We love it. It has features that much more expensive apps have and does it well! I also wanted to give an extra shout out to their Support Team. They've always been EXTREMELY responsive. I mean seriously even right before holidays they are answering questions and fixing theme integrations. Alex you are amazing. And everyone I've talked to at Growave has been. This truly is a must have for Shopify apps!
