Je laisse un avis mitigé sur Growave. C'est une application que j'avais installée et qui fonctionnait plutôt pas mal. J'avais activé la liste d'envies et la connexion sociale. Attention quand même car leur site démo est parfait mais les fonctionnalités ne s'afficheront pas forcément ainsi sur votre site, notamment le cœur de la wishlist qui n'apparaît pas sur l'interface de votre site sans un peu de développement. Depuis leur dernière mise à jour ratée, l'application n'a eu de cesse de buguer et il était impossible d'accéder au compte client. Impossible donc pour le client de passer une commande. J'ai donc demander à Growave de supprimer le code car j'ai dû désinstaller l'application. Même si le service client est fort sympathique, mon compte client n'a plus la même apparence qu'à l'origine et cela n'a rien à voir avec thème initial. Je vous conseille de réfléchir à deux fois avant d'installer cette application car si vous avez un problème, il sera long et difficile de s'en débarrasser. De plus, Growave, qu'il faut contacter plusieurs fois, vous renverra vers le développeur de votre thème alors qu'il n'a rien à voir avec ce problème. Il s'agit bien de leur application qui n'est pas au point. J'ai réalisé mon site de A à Z et je sais très bien à quoi le compte client ressemblait avant. Attention !

Just worked with Alex who helped me solve a number of issues. He was stellar and incredibly helpful and friendly. Growave has great support as others have noted. One thing is that -- the fantastic value they provide aside -- the Rewards customization and design is sorely lacking and poorly designed. After seeing Yotpo and other loyalty program VIP rewards and related design pages, I'm hesitant to launch with the current Growave look and feel for Rewards. It's not bespoke at all -- and their PageFly integration doesn't extend to Rewards I can have someone code to customize, but that runs risks, of course. But I may go that route as I need something that looks and feels at least someone bespoke and brand customized. I'm definitely using them for all their other apps, and I rate the "5 Stars" for those. And again, their support is outstanding. Fantastic team!

This app is awesome in its features alone, but what makes it the perfect choice is the stellar customer support I have received in the first couple of weeks of using it. I hope they can keep up this kind of customer service because they are doing a fantastic job. We had many requests and we talked via chat with them almost daily in the first two weeks but Alex, Tina and their colleagues were always there for us and helped us greatly. I can only recommend it and hope to be successfully using this app and their support for a long time to come! Thank you!

I'm gonna be very honest with my review. I had some trouble with the app, wouldn't give it 5 stars, BUT the support team is spectacular so they totally deserve it. Solved every issue very very fast, super kind and super effective. Also, it's worth the price, other apps are much more expensive with less features. I recommend using this app only if you are open to ask for help before giving up on it. They'll solve it for sure and it will be worth it.

I don't often write reviews because most service providers want to get positive reviews within a couple of days after the app's implementation. But this case is different. I spent a very long time searching, studying and comparing all loyalty programs in the app store and growave stood out in the following aspects: 1. Versatility: review, loyalty, login and wishlist all together. Have not tried IG yet. 2. Affordability: reasonably priced. Other highly-rated APPs are far more expensive. Those at similar price points do much less. 3. Support: throughout my journey so far, I've talked with Tina, Alex, and Alice, all of them are very attentive and professional. Solved my requests lightning fast. All in all, i couldn't recommend enough on this APP. It has made my day and so it will to yours if you give it a try. It does more than you want.

Alex, the support team was super helpful and managed to solve my issue within a few hours only. Importing my review data is also much easier with the guide provided by them. Highly recommend to use this app.

By far the best value for money Loyalty app on the market (one of the best overall loyalty apps we've tried). Support resolves issues within hours and will also genuinly listen to feature requests.

We use all the functionnalities that Growave has to offer: rewards, reviews, wishlist, instagram and social login. Everything runs smoothly and adds tremendous value to our business. Special koodos for customer service: growave team is always there to help, they reply quickly and always provide solutions. Here are two add-ons that would be great to see one day: 1. that once a customer exchanges points for a discount, it applies automatically to the cart (some of our customers are confused). 2. that we have access to more information about our wishlist and can extract all the data ourselves (right now growave team does extraction on request though, so, information is available). Thank you guys, great app and great servce!

We knew growave from a friend. Then we tried to add growave to our shopify store. All things were lovely except for the wishlist part, I tried my best but still failed to add the wishlist features to my store, maybe it is because my store is 2.0 version? When I lost all hope, I wrote to growave team. Out of my expectation, Alex reached out to me pretty fast, very responsive. Now Alext and the growave team have added all wishlist features to my store, the product page, collection page and the header menu. Thank you so much.

Great customer service from the Growave team. There are a few more features this app could provide for an in-depth loyalty system though.

I really love the Growave app for Wishlist, Reviews and Social Media. I wouldn't recommend anything else. The app runs seamlessly and the customer service is top notch. I use it on all my stores. You should too!
