By far the best app I have come across with tons of functionality. The app delivers everything that is shown above. Tina, Alex and Alice from support team are extremely knowledgeable and give quick solutions.

Been using this app for awhile. Customer service will help you when they can. Now you can upload your images from with in the app. At first they had to do it unless you knew what you where doing. Back then they still never took that long on doing that either. Plus it's affordable for all the premium apps they offer in the bundle. Need some updates in the knowledge base for 2.0 themes though...*hint*

This app does a lot very well. What's amazing is that the developers are very happy to help tailor the apps to fit your needs. Their customer service is outstanding!!!!

We've recently started using this app. It's great to have the product reviews showing subtly on every page. The customer service I needed to edit the Rewards tab was really helpful.

When I first got Shopify for a new website, I knew I needed to get a membership/loyalty program. The problem is "WHICH." You have all these positive reviews on every app across the platform which mostly touch on how helpful the customer service is (which I think should be a given and not really something to write a review about, so basically didn't help with my selection of apps at all - not enough info on the function of the app itself) I was struggling to either go with Smile or other cheaper/free alternatives. In the end I chose Growave for the long term route based on in-depth reviews online. Sure, I've had my concerns with this app at first but overall, it's simple, customizable, a lot of options for me to create an experience for site visitors. So far things have been going pretty smooth after some tests and real transactions. The team has been stellar with the support (not the most important on my criteria for choosing an app) but Tina was super quick with the response that it saved me a lot of time which I am thankful for. So yeah, you have a great arsenal to build a membership/loyalty program and a responsive team behind it. Couldn't ask for better myself. Hope Growave continues to be this good.

I needed a loyalty program that did not have any hidden "gotchas" and that had a pricing program that allowed the charges to grow with my business. I reviewed a number of programs and found that although their starting price was fine, as soon as I tried to use it, there were aspects that would force me to upgrade my subscription. Having installed the app, I have found the support staff really helpful and responsive- which is important when you are first starting out on your program Well done Growave

The ease of use and powerful functions crush any other service I have tried.... and there were a lot. The customer support is hands down the best I have ever received from any Shopify application. They were always responsive and extremely happy to help. Most of the time you install an app and it is never quite like you wanted it to be installed. I reached out and within hours every single aspect of the Growave app was fully implemented EXACTLY how I wanted it in my store. Great support - We were combining sites and they helped transfer the questions/answers and reviews over from the old site to the new site.

Fast and helpful Support, great to work with. Would appreciate to have a CSS Field in the Design section so I can add more complex custom designs there and not have to overwrite the CC in the themes CSS file with important.

Developer support is fast and helpful. I've been this app for 3 years and i'm happy. The page load is a little slow, but i'm switching to 2.0 theme and i'm assuming that it will be faster with less bloated code.

Growave,.... Like a micro wave. Support is great. More important the App works like a charm. First impression was (without seeing all the possibilities) that the Apps looked a little simple. But after seeing the options, I saw my first impression was not correct. I started to work with several Apps and will also start shortly with the Loyalty App. All looks good. No significant loss in speed. And great functionality. - I say yes to Growave -

So glad I googled best rewards apps before switching to yet another app that everyone talks about and is nothing but headaches, Growave was mentioned as the top app on every blog I came across so I gave a shot and found not only a versatile app but and amazing team behind it always available and ready to take action on everything I threw their way, I wanted my program to match my store and needs I was tired of me having to match other apps limitations, the Growave team handled everything immediately I'm talking about 8 am CST to 2 am CST it didn't matter when I was working they were too blows my mind. Overall my top app for 2021-2022 thus far. A must have!!!

I was torn between many many apps for rewards. Then I finally realised after many comparisons that Growave is really the best that can fit my needs. Though my needs took a big flip over the last 6 months. Alex and the team were fabulous to help configure my needs. They even help me many many times to get my theme right. And obviously, the many times was due to me trying other things and screwing it up. They did not complain and they just identify the issue that I had, then requested me to make the adjustment should I want to. "Growave", you might not realise it, but you will be focusing on your business more with them assisting you to do your work!
