Reviews for Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

Had one of the worst experiences with this app. Couldn't even begin to describe the months of back and forth while we helped them solved coding issue, fix crucial bugs and glitches. There is WAY too many codes that Growave implements on your site, 30+. This causes website to be slow and the user experience to be horrible. We upgraded our theme and deleted all the Growave codes because we were going to delete the App. Somehow we noticed that there was Growave code in the new theme! How it got there is highly suspicious. We deleted that App immediately after that. Over all this app is very novice in terms of functionality.

Smooth communication and great support ! An all-in-one app for useful features for an e-shop. I personally recommend. Looking forward for the further Growave development.

I would say Growave is the best loyalty/review/wishlist app in the market. With Growave, you don't need to download five different programs simply to get one feature, and you'll save a lot of money in the process. Aside from that, the app developer will always be happy to assist you in customizing the app to better match your theme. Fast, accurate, personable, and patient customer service. Incredible app.

Haven't implemented the app on our live store yet, but the customer service have been helpful. I will say there is a few delayed responses, but we usually get my problems solved.

Growave offers excellent support. Especially Alex among others who has been helping us with getting our website perfect. I have been using Growave for Reviews, Wishlist, Instagram Shopping, Social Login and Rewards. Definitely the most understanding support team that I have ever come across in this space. Growave as an app is good and integrates well with our theme. We of course would like some additional features, and Growave is working with us to accommodate this. I think if this keeps up we will definitely keep this app for the long haul. Thanks Growave!

I love this app, it has so many great features that add so much to my store. I love that on each product you can show reviews as well as any instagram posts with the product tagged, I feel that this really helps customers trust the brand and product and feel more inclined to buy. Their customer service is also great, they respond to queries very quickly and are able to help resolve issues efficiently!

I 100% recommend Growave! Their app is very easy to use and they are also willing to help me when I have any type of issue/ request. The thing I love most about Growave ( besides the customer service) is the wishlist. It let's me know which of my products really love them most and I use that information to create similar designs! We have nothing but good things to say about Growave and the team behind the app! We chose to move to Growave after wanting to limit the apps we had and cut down on costs. Just before the move, we were using smile.io for points, Judge.me for reviews, an Instagram feed app, and our native theme wishlist. So, we had 3 apps and a native wishlist that did not connect with each other, all which cost us a good chunk of change each month. Growave was suggested to us by our theme developer The4 which tied in nicely with the theme and really brought an all-in-one loyalty system to our website. The 3 biggest improvements for us were: 1. VIP Tiers for our rewards program - This feature costs $600 a month with the smile.io app, and we have it included in our $15 a month plan. I have not seen another app with VIP tiers at an affordable level, which is a huge selling point. 2. Points for tons of actions. With the smile.io app, we could only give points for simple tasks such as sharing to FB and Instagram. With Growave, we've been able to include two of the most important actions: Points for reviews and points for newsletter signup. Having these two actions as standard in our plan without having to pay for the higher cost plan is just awesome. 3. The reviews section is awesome and we can also now have a 'Shop Our Instagram' page where we can link products to photos and customers can purchase directly through that section. But the 3rd biggest improvement for us, and the one that really sold us, is the support team. I've been working with Tina and Alex for almost 3 weeks now, asking them to make minor changes and help me adjust the program to fit our needs. Each time I message in, they either fix it on the spot, or send the request to their development team who then makes the changes for me. We've talked daily going over a few things that I had questions on, and each time I was met with a positive attitude, funny conversations, and gifs in chat. They really go out of their way to make their customers happy, and this is how you create an awesome experience. I've even talked about Growave with a few business partners and responded to questions on Reddit when people are looking for a great rewards/review app. With the help of the entire Growave team, we've been able to seamlessly transfer all our customer's rewards points, all our reviews, and create an all-in-one program that is native to our website that looks as if it was built for us. No "We reward with XXXX" branding, no logos in the reward emails, and all customer side notifications can come from and email address you choose, rather than the email address of the app. It's truly been a great experience with these guys and we're happy to have made the jump and switch to Growave. If you're reading this, then test out the app for yourself and see what I'm talking about! You're gonna love it!

THE GREATEST ALL IN ONE APP, AND, BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT BAR NONE! I am very busy setting up my new clothing line Ascension Inspired Clothing - it's a completely new business, but, what the Growave app will enable me to do is nothing short of incredible. It's my first store launch but from the get go it will look extremely professional. You get a lot for your money with Growave and I can now pivot my business like an established high street brand. Rewards programme, wishlists, referrals etc etc. WOW all in ONE. I spent a week on YouTube researching reviews of other rewards apps and after a lot of consideration finally came to Growave. The customer support from Growave has been AMAZING, I feel SAFE in their hands. Alex has been a whizz and set up the Growave features and even helped with some customisation on my Turbo theme! He has listened and responded well and on time to my emails and I am particular to how I want my store to look. Tina & Alice have been great too in fact they all have. I am on the basic subscription tier and what's great is that it offers everything. There is an option for Klaviyo intergration which I will want to go with at a later date when I get to grips with email marketing. Growave is a credit to themselves and the Shopify! They are the gold standard with which all over apps should set themselves. There's a reason why they are 4.9 and it's because they deserve it. I've had a couple of bad experiences with other apps recently and not replying to me and have since uninstalled the apps but I know I won't be with Growave. I'm happy to give this review 100% satisfaction and take my time out to do it. Well done and thanks to the Growave team! ⭐

This app has opened the door to a lot of new possibilities for my business. We have a rapidly growing membership base and also able to collect reviews by giving the members a good incentive. The support team is also always super supportive and very fast to respond!

Amazing customer support team. They are very responsive, informative and friendly. This app has great features but would be even stronger with more control over member limits, filters and rules.

Got some issues with the icons not showing in the rewards menu, but after contacting customer support the problem was fixed. Great support and nice features!

This app does it all! We migrated our Loyalty program to Growave because they were able to provide Loyalty program, Wishlist, Reviews all in one app instead of having to manage 4 apps at the same time. Everything that we asked for, they delivered in less than 48 hours. Plus they are cheaper than any other app.

I was looking for a rewards app and a review app. I downloaded a few and played around with them but none were providing what I wanted. Then I came across Growave. Both in one and the added bonus of the wishlist. I'm still getting to grips with it all and looking at what I can implement to drive sales, loyalty and connection with our audience. So far though I have to say I am mightily impressed and customers in general seem to be engaging and signing up.

We use Growave for our online and POS. We love that it works on both platforms. I also love how much this one app can do. Our customers love the loyalty program. We love the ease of getting reviews and social proof on our website. There is so much to this app, that we haven't even begun to utilize it to the fullest. We had a few minor issues getting it going at the beginning, but the Growave Team was awesome about helping us get it up and running. It's been smooth sailing since! I recommend this app to other Shopify users all the time!
