Love this app! It has really helped build reviews of our products because customers can earn points by posting a review, which in turn drives them to make a purchase and use those points. The Customer Support Team is fabulous also, if you ever have any questions/issues with the app, they are quick to help!

This app is awesome! Great functionality, pretty easy to use, and customizes beautifully with our website! The customer service and Alex are amazing! Always available to help answer questions and often even help outside of their scope with customizations. Can't recommend enough!!

If you are looking for an app that will allow your customers to come back for more with rewards and wish lists etc., you are looking at the right one! This app has all in one for building a strong connection with your fans and the best thing about it is the amazing supporting team. They are helping you around the clock and super patient. This is the best experience I had so far. The support is very responsive and efficient. The App works perfectly well and is integrated with the other apps I'm using. It looks and works great.

The best part of this app is when you have any difficulty with this app, you can contact their customer service people, and they respond so fast and solve your problem perfectly.

Was using Growave once at the very beginning of our store. We tried up several different apps after that. However, Growave is the best one so we are back to Growave Alex helps me transform all our old data and implement new features in one day! Unbelievable!

My experience using this app has been great. This is a must-have app for every store that wants to boost its sales and also give their customer the best experience. This app has helped me reduce cart and checkout abandonment by allowing customers to add products to their wishlist, collect reviews from customers via email, and also the ability to reward my loyal customers. The customer support is awesome, swift to respond and always willing to help and assist with any issue.

The app is impressive and the support was amazing. I had a number of items i raised with support and was integrating a couple of apps together for some really in depth features. Tina was always really quick to respond and anything i asked for was resolved perfectly and with a great turnaround time. To be honest, some of the stuff i was asking for was beyond what i expected these guys would solve for me, but nothing was questioned. Awesome app and awesome company. Thanks for everything.

This app is a great 1-stop shop for reviews, rewards (loyalty program) and wishlists. Very customizable and easy to use. The customer service is top notch! Alex is very knowledgable and is extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

However, they ask for Enterprise plan fee which is 299$ to access API. It is unbelievable. Dear Growave, Please find a cheaper way for your customers to integrate with your partner apps. I am not eager for your API, I just need integration with your partner app. 299$ is not normal, is it ?

Awesome support, I love how simple the app is to use for my rewards program and social login. Support is always there if needed.

Growave and their support team, especially Tina, have been instrumental in helping us launch our rewards program, reviews, and wishlist. They helped with the integration into our new theme in ways no other developer has even come close! They were quick and super supportive despite their super busy schedule! In addition, this app works WONDERS!! It's *almost* flawless in the way in integrates with so many other apps + multilanguage support which is key for a Canadian company.

At first, I was not really impressed with the app when I started setting it up. Because it lacked customization options and I am not a developer. So I thought I will get in touch with the app support and see what they can help me with. To my surprise, they were willing to help me out to adjust the features so it is on-brand. Tina, from the app, was so professional, quick and kind. I am definitely keeping the app! And Customer Service exceeded my expectations. Very pleased!
