Love the app and really love the customer service. I contacted them about an issue we were having and not only did they fix it, but they fixed something else that I didn't even mention! Wow blown away by that! may 2022 just contacted them about an issue. It was fixed right away. Very responsive and helpful! Love this app

App works great and the communication was excellent. I am not a computer wizz but the team did not mind to help and even helped to put my wishlist icons on my website the way I wanted it.

I've used the free version of this app for a year now and have just upgraded to the Basic version. It's a great app, have had no problems with it at all. It's simple to use and customer service are quick to reply and very helpful.

Unbelievably Good Customer Service! I'm using Growave for a month now and I can say that the app is working very well and meets all my expectations from the app! We had some issues because of the previous app but whenever I write to the support, they solve my problem almost immediately! I wasn't expecting such quality customer service. Special thanks to Tina, she's basically my savior angel! The app deserves more than 5 stars. I strongly recommend it!

We've been using this app for more than a year and can't be more pleased with the product and service. The value is fantastic (it has saved us literally hundreds upon hundreds of dollars) and not only that, if there are ever any issues, their team is quick to resolve them. It does look like some of the UI has been refreshed and it would be great to receive those updates. We receive notice about these updates, but they're not implemented on our shop. Other than that, we highly recommend this app. The value and service is impeccable.

Excellent customer service! The app works beautifully and is a powerful tool to interact with customers and expose to potential customers the reviews from from your stores and products. We had a minor issue, which we communicated thru customer service and the follow up experience in solving it was superb! Today we feel much more confident with the app, knowing that there is an excellent team eager to help very effectively. Five star app and five star Customer Service and Tech Team. Thank you!!!

I installed this app a few days ago to use the wishlist, reviews, rewards, and instagram features on our website, and it has been nothing short of amazing! First off, the fact that it has all of those features in one app is awesome to begin with. On top of that, the customer service team, Alex specifically, has been extremely helpful and fast with altering and customizing all of the features to look exactly how I want them to. Love this app and highly recommend!

Back again with another review update. I ask A LOT of the support team here, and they are always incredibly kind and happy to help. They always do everything that I am needing or wanting, no matter how many changes I ask, or how many times I have updated my theme or messed something up. They work hard, and they do a great job. Well worth the install, my favorite support team by far.
