This app is really awesome! If at first you don't think it does exactly what you want make sure to contact support, they did all the work for me within 24 hours, they were really fantastic!

Amazing app....its working on my site..I love all the features quick install - yes automatic. Support is brilliant, normally response time I have noticed is 6 hours, which is brilliant I changed my theme twice during setup, and Eldar has kindly responded and supported very patiently....couldn't be happier, it does everything I need for my sites social life and the live feed feature indicating the activity on the site is brilliant.. Long story short...its worth the money, if you're looking forward for a serious business or maybe have a small hobby site..Take Care Social Shop Wave....your app is a jewel in the crown for my site...

We were looking for free apps to help us with social management. But after installation realized that the app was much more powerful than we needed. I uninstalled incorrectly which left a lot of files behind in our theme. We contacted the developer who brought to our attention a "clean" uninstall button which worked perfectly. I appreciated the quick and helpful response. If we feel that we need the app in the future we would certainly give it another try.

This is a truly wonderful app. We've used it for several months now and it is really an asset to our store. The customer service is A++. I highly recommend. Every store should have a wishlist as well as the option to log in with Facebook. It makes it so much easier for the customers.

We gave crucial feedback that helped make this app as user friendly as it is and now we are slapped with a massive subscription fee? Not nice guys. It should never be so. -------------------------------- Additional Update: These guys are wonderful. I cannot explain how much they have assisted with. Our site looks absolutely fabulous with the added value of our custom social log in. Wonderful team, impeccable service, awesome app. -------------------------------- 10 stars if i'm allowed to. I am very happy with the fact that SocialShopWave support, Eldar installed the App for me very fast. So, the service looks good. Victoria at Shopify told me that I have to wait three days for the App to work, so, I will write a new review, in a week when I see some result. I really do like this app, and it was beneficial for my business for the time I had it. However, after being a customer for seven long months without any sort of payment and they try to do the whole "bait and switch" tactic to force me into a $60/month contract, I find that a little sketchy and disheartening. It would be much better if they grandfathered a plan or made the payments more affordable. They basically make you pay MORE if your site gets more visitors, and it has nothing to do with the app itself!

I have used a long list of Shopify apps for a very long time on many different projects. I can honestly say that first of all this is one of the best and valuable apps out there, specifically in the social and marketing niche. Second, but even more important, is the support. The company stands behind their app 100% and works tirelessly to resolve all issues in a extremely prompt manner. I know the shop I am working on at the moment has a very specific custom setup with metafields, etc... Needless to say the app (or any other app) do not work straight out of the box. However, SocialShopWave guys worked around the clock to fix ALL of my obsessive requests - big thanks to the support team! App developers should take notice and learn for these guys. Did I mention, that all of the support was free? Thanks again!
