Beware of this company. This app charges you for every sale made on Amazon whether or not it is processed by their app. In effect, they are cheating their customers by inflating the number of orders processed to include all your amazon orders. Not just the orders for products in Shopify processed in the app. When I noticed the number of orders processed in the app kept increasing even for products I do not have in Shopify I contacted them and they denied it. After I showed them screenshots proving their app was charging me for orders it was not processing they then told me they also charge for "failed orders" which are orders not linked to products on Shopify.

Very helpful customer service. Easy to integrate your shopify with amazon. Linking process are very helpful to link the products between the 2 platform. Highly recommended.

good basic function to create product templates and share your listings to Amazon, but there are some bugs to be fixed on the product template filter. Ced consultants are easy to book for calls, in case you have any questions.

The best way and quickest way to publish your Shopify products on Amazon. Also, they have live chat support which is very quick and will help you till you solve your problem, so 10/10 customer service. Highly recommend this app!

I have been trying out apps to link my items from my shopify store to amazon and after trying about 6-7 this has been the best one, the support is better than an other app out there and the app is simply and easy to grasp. Thank you for the help.

Awesome job. They were very helpful and explained things to help me figure out how to fix some of the products I had. Today March 20th we were finally able to get one of my products to upload!! I have never been so happy about this. Now on to get more uploaded!!

Praveen gave me great service today and he is the first person that I think really cared to help when I chatted with their support team. I am very thankful to him. However, the app has given us nothing but issues from the first day of using it over a year ago. We have been put on probation by Amazon a number of times due to inventory levels not syncing correctly, products being listed that we no longer have in stock, and many other items. We never had issues like that with a previous provider.

I do not know anything about Amazon as far as setting it up and they have helped me a few times...I have dealt with 3 different people and all of them have been very helpful and patient with me. They have taken the time to set up an item and so that I had one for reference to know how to set up the rest of my items as well. Thank you for your help!!

The have been very helpful. They have helped me a couple of times with some technical problems I was having as a new user. They also walked me through and taught me what to do to prevent future errors. So far, they are doing a great job.

Overall the staff member was very friendly and patient which is good. We had lots of issues with my mic and lack of knowledge but he still tried his best to explain what was happening. Will contact again if have issues. make sure you have a decent mic when talking to them or it's really difficult.
