New to the app but the support via live chat has been excellent and fast to respond. Enabled us to get products listed quickly and start selling on Amazon for the first time.

I've been using the CED Commerce app for my Amazon store for a few months now and I have to say it is by far the best solution I've tested in the market. I had a few hiccups getting everything set up and working properly but the support team was willing to stay late nights and weekends to get everything figured out. I can't thank them enough for the great service and support they've provided. They've done a great job creating this app and it's made it so much easier for me to manage my Amazon store. The customer service team has been amazing, always willing to help and answer any questions I might have. They even stayed late and worked weekends to get everything up and running. I wasted a week, the app after update became unstable, and I kept getting errors, don't waste time, so I hired a support person and stopped using it.

The app wasn't working and they answered the same day as it was fixed, I had some issue with other apps for the set up, hopefully they will help to publish the products too.

Have been using this app for almost a year. I can truly say that this is definitely the worst app I have ever used. My orders are not synced to Shopify correctly, so every time I have to check hundreds of orders and tell them to sync it manually. When I contact support, they say sorry and ensure that this will not happen again, but IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND AGAIN. The subscription prices are so high, but OMG the service and app's performance are terrible. I will end my subscription as soon as finding a similar shopify amazon app. They have ruined my business so far. The only thing they say we are sorry, bla bla....

Really helpful customer service and I finally started selling on Amazon after putting it off for ages because it felt too overwhelming. This app made it feel still tricky but doable, thanks in large part to the customer service :)

Avinash Kushwaha was so helpful and patient with me during my onboarding and uploading process. We have had a Shopify store for about 3 years and this was our first step into Amazon and the "handholding" was on point. The onsite "help" icon was very responsive and these guys are always willing to jump on a call.
