Months later, we are still very happy. The newest version is fantastic and the ability to get our products on Amazon quickly has really helped grow sales. The support is amazing! We've tried 2 or 3 apps since Shopify discontinued their Amazon Sales Channel and they've been terrible. Amazon by CedCommerce is a LIFE-SAVER if you sell on Amazon. The support is amazing and the app itself is very easy to use. Great job, CedCommerce!

very good experience so far, the support is very fast and helpful. The app does its job well. We were able to add 1000+ products to Amazon within minutes. Also the order sync works as it should

CED Commerce team is great, they are always available via chat or whatpapp to help walk you through the integration and listing process.

It is a very slow and complex process to list our products on Amazon. We are making progress and customer support has been helpful. We are still experiencing errors though, hopefully we get things running smoothly eventually.

It's been a while since I used the app and it is still going great! I get assisted pretty quickly and the support is amazing!

We just installed the app the other day and worked with support to link some of our products between Shopify and Amazon. They responded in chat immediately and worked with us to get the linking done correctly and inventory update working. Currently we manage our Amazon listings separately from Shopify and want to keep it that way so we are very cautious with apps that integrate with Amazon as to not make any unwanted updates. We only want the inventory to sync from Shopify to Amazon and the orders to sync from Amazon to Shopify and it worked great. We had one issue with an order not created in Shopify and support responded immediately again and resolve the issue. So far, so good and their support has been 5+ stars. Keep up the great work!!

Just trying to get the hang of this, but the chat line was helpful. Seemed to keep patience with me as I struggled through. It takes some time for things to set up, and you have to wait quite some time in between changes to see if they have been applied. Overall this seems like once I am able to navigate it easily, I won't have a problem. Like everything else... it's a learning curve.
