Excellent service and well-educated personnel know how to handle the situation. They helped me a lot in generating the templates.

The app does a great job up syncing the orders and save so much time. Reached out to support for one order that did not sync when I did an update to our store and in just a couple minutes on the chat it was taken care of and synced. Had an isse with the app loading on the 17th contacted support in chat, was told they would look into it and get an email back in 12 hours Grrrr have to manually put in orders so not much help this time. Will see how it goes

The service provided by the representative was superb. He was very knowledgeable about setting up my Shopify products properly to sell on Amazon. By using Amazon by CedCommerce I can products in bulk by using the template feature. I definitely recommend the app.

Wouldn't waste your time - Expected it to make life easier and quicker yet the app is painfully slow i could list manually quicker - Full of errors - when you try to link products it gives errors such as the images dont match - Don't understand why this should make a difference. Watched video tutorials which made no sense they talk more about how amazon works than actually teaching you how to get this app working - Even during the tutorial there is a dog barking in the background and you can't hear what she is saying.

The support I received to upload and list my products was very friendly and helpful. I was very grateful for the time, patience and dedication I received to get my products correctly displayed to start selling.

Wow, and here I was thinking that selling on amazon would be super difficult. That was until I found Cedcommerce. They have helped me get started in so many ways. They helped me get set up, gave me live assistance, very interactive and friendly! I honestly cant thank them enough for their support! Had the pleasure of Kaushik helping me and he is fantastic! Super patient and super knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend!

I never imagined that how easy it would be to list my Shopify products on Amazon with the help of this Amazing product by CedCommerce!!! This app is really great if you want to manage the centralized product, order, price, and inventory. Also, the interface is very simple to use and its Amazon listing linking feature is so good if you are already selling on Amazon the products get linked automatically so you can easily manage your Amazon orders from Shopify. What I like the most about Cedcommerce is its highly responsive team which goes beyond to help you anytime. I couldn't ask for a better customer service team! Highly recommended the integration app for Shopify to Amazon and looking forward to using other products and services too.

I really love a great app, but I adore a great support team even more. I’m currently using the Amazon by CED Commerce and loving it. Getting everything set up was really difficult because of account setup errors on my end. No matter what time of the day or night I reached out, someone was there. They spent countless hours helping me backtrack and repair, tirelessly working until we had it figured out and I was selling on Amazon. They even helped me set up my templates and products. The support team is very helpful and quick to respond. I am still in the early stages of setting up the Ced app, but up to now I can say the concept is great and the support team has been helping me along the way. I will update my review once I completely finish my set up with the application.

CedCommerce is great! We've been active on Amazon for many years and know how hard it is to comply with all the new and constantly changing requirements of adding a product. With CedCommerce and the team there we have been able to take our shopify store and now manage it on Amazon and create a store there. CedCommerce just keeps delivering time after time. Ive been using their Etsy integration for a while and recently started using their Amazon integration as well. The integration itself is quite intuitive, but whenever there is something I dont understand, the support team is always available to offer friendly expert advice. Highly recommend!
