The CedCommerce Amazon team has been super helpful and patient with me. They've helped me fix amazon errors and coached me through how to set things up through their app. I've been very pleased with the customer service I've received from them and they've made managing the amazon channel a lot easier.

The service about help is excellent , they help always ans 27 hours, have a chat service and are fast in answers and solving throubles

Simply put, it doesn't work. Error after error, contacting support time and time again, waiting sometimes days with no response. I don't understand how there are so many positive reviews when every single time we try uploading products there are errors on top of errors. 90,000+ products to list on Amazon and couldn't get more than a few thousand listed. What a waste of time. I don't even understand how this app is listed on shopify's app store considering that is full of errors and bugs. cedcommerce before responding to this review, check our support log including the feed error from 3 days ago that is still not resolved.

Unbelievable customer service. I've been banging my head against a brick wall trying to sync products myself. I gave up on this app and after several days of inactivity received a message from customer service offering a one on one consultation to trouble shoot the issues I was having. The representative I spoke with was articulate and knowledgeable and had my Shopify products ready to start uploading to Amazon in under half an hour. Thankyou!

I can highly recommend you to use this application, all these apps can take time to get used to and so does this one, although the interface is very logical and self-explanatory. The big difference between this app and others like it is that in this app they provide fast and professional support, so all issues are easy to overcome. Customer service was great. Very patient with me. I uploaded my entire store in less than 30 minutes. I like the sku matching, syncing, and uploading. I also created a template with the help of customer service.

The app has many issues that need addressing urgently. Stock doesn't sync and items are oversold. Orders don't sync so my late dispatch rate is through the roof and now I can't upload products due to an error that is not being fixed quickly. The above issues in my opinion make this app useless!
