They are very helpful through the online chat with any problems that you may have. Great features and they always are listening to feedback that you may have. Update: Absolutely amazing team to work with! They listen to whatever problems you have and take care of it immediately. The online chat is great with it being a live person. New suggestions they take for new features. I have been on a conference call with the whole team from CedCommerce and it's simply a pleasure to work with them. If you ever have a suggestion on something to make the app better, they are always listening. :)

The App Works and has features that can get you setup on amazon. BUT, the invasion of privacy from this app is nothing but ridiculous. They Deliberately went out of their way to get my phone number and text me with no permission and unannounced. After contacting their live chat for some help with a minor issue, I am bombarded by their "Support Team" On WhatsApp. At first, I was extremely confused, but as time progressed their Support Team would try to spam me and sell me on their services for store optimization and upload. They even created a group chat on WhatsApp specifically for my store. I have also noticed an uptick in crypto scam texts from WhatsApp and My US number. STAY AWAY. Use something else.

Customer support will help you through the whole process and help you set up everything! Highly suggest if you're a new to amazon seller that's looking for a productive integration app!

I recently launched my store and this app helped tremendously customer service is A1 I highly recommend. The template feature allow you bulk upload I loaded over 100 products.

I switched to CedCommerce after Amazon Integration Plus was always down and their communication was terrible. This is the exact opposite. The one time I had an issue they answered the chat almost immediately. I'm very happy I switched.

Great customer support. Off 1 star because the app can be confusing to use for a first time seller.

CED Commerce is an easy product to understand, tech support is tops and made my products easily show on Amazon-US. Looking forward to add more products with this tool.

Need to update this. The app went down for maintenance in the middle of the day without any notice or notification. When contacted the support they had no ETA has to by when this will come back.

I just started working with this collection... of course I've known them for over a year before I finally decided to start selling on Amazon. After a year since I met this group, I came back to them... Do you know why? Because they have an excellent and unique support team and support policy. I hope their system is as great as the support.
