I've tried a few and been frustrated to say the least. THIS format is not only easy to understand and use, but customer service is so fast to respond if you do need help. I've greatly appreciated being able to easily make changes and see it working! yay!

I am just starting out in the world of e-commerce and if you're like me, this information can seem overwhelming. The CedCommerce representative was extremely patient and helpful when it came to setting up my first product on Amazon. He also offered several tips that would have either cost me time, more money or much frustration. This app is an extremely useful tool for building your Amazon store.

This app started out great for us. It allowed us to do our Amazon shipments from within Shopify which gave our warehouse team just one interface to use. After 9 months or so of using the app we started getting errors. Orders weren't syncing properly to Shopify or back to Amazon. This lead to a huge amount of work from our team to try to fix a bad situation. It almost lead to us losing our Amazon account as our account health. And of course it started happening in Q4 which is crunch time.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team. I have worked with them to get my listings on Amazon. They are very timely, communicative and easy to work with. I recommend them most highly.

I am new to listing on Amazon and this App has been extremely helpful so far. I am hoping to have all of my listings converted easily using this app.

J'ai téléchargé cette application très rapidement. J'ai eu du mal au début pour comprendre le fonctionnement, mais une fois les vidéos support visionné cela a été très rapide. Grace à une superbe assistance, très réactive, compétent, poli et agréable j'ai pu téléchargé mes premiers produits. Cela s'est fait par watsapp. Ils doivent même me contacté demain pour les autres template en attente de téléchargement!! Je suis très content et recommande cette application avec une SUPERBE ASSISTANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The are extremely knowledgeable and patient with explaining how to connect products from Shopify to Amazon.

Customer service is very helpful when issues come up and are willing to take steps help remedy it however they can.

Syncing Shopify listings to/from Amazon seems to be a challenge regardless of the app used. Apparently, Amazon just isn't a smooth platform to sync with. But, this app has been the easiest to use that I've found and the customer support has been very helpful.

Excellent service and well-educated personnel know how to handle the situation. They helped me a lot in generating the templates.

The app does a great job up syncing the orders and save so much time. Reached out to support for one order that did not sync when I did an update to our store and in just a couple minutes on the chat it was taken care of and synced. Had an isse with the app loading on the 17th contacted support in chat, was told they would look into it and get an email back in 12 hours Grrrr have to manually put in orders so not much help this time. Will see how it goes

The service provided by the representative was superb. He was very knowledgeable about setting up my Shopify products properly to sell on Amazon. By using Amazon by CedCommerce I can products in bulk by using the template feature. I definitely recommend the app.

More than an app, with CedCommerce you also subscribe for a great service. The team always reply and stay available to reply to any question. For now, I only had an excellent experience with the team. I sincerely recommand to anyone willing to extend on Amazon.

The support I received to upload and list my products was very friendly and helpful. I was very grateful for the time, patience and dedication I received to get my products correctly displayed to start selling.

Wouldn't waste your time - Expected it to make life easier and quicker yet the app is painfully slow i could list manually quicker - Full of errors - when you try to link products it gives errors such as the images dont match - Don't understand why this should make a difference. Watched video tutorials which made no sense they talk more about how amazon works than actually teaching you how to get this app working - Even during the tutorial there is a dog barking in the background and you can't hear what she is saying.
