I've been extremely happy with this app. The best part is the customer service. They are always there to assist whenever the need arises. You can feel confident using this app UPDATE: Just wanted to reiterate what I stated above. Their customer service is excellent!

Have been using this app for almost a year. I can truly say that this is definitely the worst app I have ever used. My orders are not synced to Shopify correctly, so every time I have to check hundreds of orders and tell them to sync it manually. When I contact support, they say sorry and ensure that this will not happen again, but IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND AGAIN. The subscription prices are so high, but OMG the service and app's performance are terrible. I will end my subscription as soon as finding a similar shopify amazon app. They have ruined my business so far. The only thing they say we are sorry, bla bla....

So far, CedCommerce team have been very helpful and patient in guiding us new CedCommerce users in using and understanding the tool. The tool is quite easy to use and navigate. Looking forward to a productive partnership with you!

Very helpful support staff. When I had issues (because syncing with Amazon can be tricky) I connected with the support team on a Google Meet call and walked through the entire process together. All questions answered, and even improved the template. Excellent service. This is much easier than writing a Google Sheet to sync to Amazon.

Worse Shopify App I have used!! Have wasted many hours waiting for the 'Dev' team to resolve issues...and they keep coming back. Customer service is non existent with broken promises.

This app helps me sync my Shopfiy store inventory with Amazon and is very customizable. Chat support is fast too! 6 months later I am still getting prompt support from these guys. Very happy with their assistance.
