very good experience so far, the support is very fast and helpful. The app does its job well. We were able to add 1000+ products to Amazon within minutes. Also the order sync works as it should

CED Commerce team is great, they are always available via chat or whatpapp to help walk you through the integration and listing process.

It is a very slow and complex process to list our products on Amazon. We are making progress and customer support has been helpful. We are still experiencing errors though, hopefully we get things running smoothly eventually.

It's been a while since I used the app and it is still going great! I get assisted pretty quickly and the support is amazing!

We just installed the app the other day and worked with support to link some of our products between Shopify and Amazon. They responded in chat immediately and worked with us to get the linking done correctly and inventory update working. Currently we manage our Amazon listings separately from Shopify and want to keep it that way so we are very cautious with apps that integrate with Amazon as to not make any unwanted updates. We only want the inventory to sync from Shopify to Amazon and the orders to sync from Amazon to Shopify and it worked great. We had one issue with an order not created in Shopify and support responded immediately again and resolve the issue. So far, so good and their support has been 5+ stars. Keep up the great work!!

Just trying to get the hang of this, but the chat line was helpful. Seemed to keep patience with me as I struggled through. It takes some time for things to set up, and you have to wait quite some time in between changes to see if they have been applied. Overall this seems like once I am able to navigate it easily, I won't have a problem. Like everything else... it's a learning curve.

New to the app but the support via live chat has been excellent and fast to respond. Enabled us to get products listed quickly and start selling on Amazon for the first time.

I've been using the CED Commerce app for my Amazon store for a few months now and I have to say it is by far the best solution I've tested in the market. I had a few hiccups getting everything set up and working properly but the support team was willing to stay late nights and weekends to get everything figured out. I can't thank them enough for the great service and support they've provided. They've done a great job creating this app and it's made it so much easier for me to manage my Amazon store. Superb Service , Ced Commerce team is always there when you need it , its been only 2 days i have been with them and already feeling that i have chosen the right app , highly recommended.

I wasted a week, the app after update became unstable, and I kept getting errors, don't waste time, so I hired a support person and stopped using it.

Everyone was very helpful figuring out the categories issue. Great customer service and very nice system

The app wasn't working and they answered the same day as it was fixed, I had some issue with other apps for the set up, hopefully they will help to publish the products too.
