Installed and worked with it, I had a question and they were really quick to answer. So far it is exactly what I was looking for. We shall see if I get the results I was looking for, but that would be on me and not the app which is great.

If I could give this app a 0 I would. After reaching out to 6 reps within the span of 4 days I was told either to update the template or I can pay them to fix it. I just felt it was a SCAM. This app doesn't have an FAQ nor does the reps honestly tell you the issue but that they "fixed it" and I would need to literally ask them a ton of times "what was wrong with it?" until they tell me the answer. I wanted to try this out for at least a week regardless of the issues I kept running into. For four days after continuously reaching out to Support my products were NEVER synced and published to Amazon. The most difficult issue was the Parent-Child Sku due to the variants I had. There's no option in this app to fix this. Unless you pay them to go in to your template and manually add it to you. And this is for a T-shirt.

The application has had a few small issues, but support is very good. They respond quickly and resolve issues generally the same day. Easy to work with.

Easy to use and the support is quick and effective. Was using another solution before but this one is really the one I would recommend, especially that you can freely connect to many different amazon stores from the same app

This is an amazing sales channel with great support I would 100% recommend you to use this sales channel for yourself.

Unfortunely I have to delete this. There is no help with the chat, they are clueless. The item is listed on amazon and the app gives me an error. The app constantly gives errors on the items and won't sync. The person on chat has no idea what's going on. I gave them the item number and they're trying to work on an entirely different product. I have wasted 2 hrs of my time and when I told the person on chat, that it was the wrong product. They stopped chatting. I use to be a big fan of CedCommerce, but recently they are really going down hill. Nothing works anymore.

I am so new to this i'm embarrassed to admit to how much i don't understand or how to do. i messaged/chat the help and he was so awesome! He explained my issues and why. He did one of my problems with me and actually explained the why. I know like 10% of anything coding/computer and this help was so easy to understand. thank you for NOT making me feel like the town idiot even though i actually might be!

No way of downgrading plan - watch out. I've tried to downgrade my plan to the free as our store is quite and I got in touch to tell me that it's their policy that I can't downgrade out of a free plan. Stay away.

Its working amazing for me and I'm very happy. It sends all my orders over to shopify as I needed it to. I did have an issue with new inventory not updating but I reached out and got a call right away with Mannu and he helped fix it asap. 10/10 would recommend! :)

App was pretty easy to install! I was having a bit of trouble uploading products so I contacted support and they were so patient and helpful. I am very new to Shopify so I had alot of questions. My rep was very informative and made sure to go through each step with me. They were able to make me feel more confident about using this app! Thank you!

Their Support is great, Mannu made it really easy for us to get this going. We tried historically to get onto Amazon but the old platforms werer very archaic and complex. This makes synching your inventory easy. Thank you.

Ok so let me tell you... I get quickly frustrated with tech and it's all super overwhelming. I started with the free plan until I learn how to figure things out but we had over 200 products to upload. After a quick chat with Mannu and him explaining why I'm running into some of issues, I went ahead and upgraded and we hopped on a google meet call with screen sharing where he personally helped me set everything up in a matter of 15 minutes. And I should add, the free plan has been intergrading smoothly and quickly for several months now with Shopify and Shipping profile... they just stop syncing after the 50 orders lol so I'm happy to finally not worry about that. Highly recommend this!!!

The customer service told me only works on FIREFOX !!! I tried to use on Chrome and Safari without success, returns the error: "{"success":false,"code":"access_forbidden","message":"Access Forbidden"}"

This app is excellent! a huge time and effort saver, gives you alot of control as well, not to mention the exquisite technical support you get if you face an issue, and the free plan includes plenty and plenty! Highly recommended! Keep it up guys!!
