We are happy users of the CedCommerce app that sends Amazon orders to our Shopify Store serviaromashop.com It's very useful and we are happy with it. Lately they offered us an Amazon SEO service, but due to language problems (we wanted it in Spanish), we had an issue and sadly we had to cancel the service. They refund us, so everything is fine. So we recommend them, good app and customer service. Thank you!

I just started with trying to upload my products to Amazon, took me nearly two weeks with Marketplace by Codisto until I gave up, decided to try CedCommerce and within two days I had my first product uploaded to Amazon and counting, way faster to resolve product upload errors! 10/10 recommend!!

New to amazon and this app! Within the first 5 minutes of using the app I had a handful of questions. I was able to chat with a team member in seconds (REAL TEAM MEMBER, NOT A ROBOT) and they were able to answer everything I needed immediately. I am writing this review while currently still setting everything up with only a total of 20min using the app, but felt the need to submit this now as I was genuinely impressed with the response time and experience thus far. Other app creators should take notes ;)

They really give very good customer service. I hope this never changes. They make themselves very available to answer questions and they are patient and thorough.

do not use this app. this app is a scam they will get Amazon seller account deactivated the listings cause they don't know how to use Amazon

I appreciate all the help they have given me and most have helped. But I do have to say that they do not listen to me and address the question. It's confusing when you asked "how do I do this (particular task) " and they don't say "you have to do this tab, then that tab, etc." and go on a different subject. If someone in the company would just do a "road map" of the steps it would surely help. (the videos are no help at all). All that said, they have spent a lot of time on chat and I've had 2 Google Meets and I am extremely appreciative. I believe they are a good channel to have.

Just switched over from codisto/marketplace and wish I had only done that sooner!


Back story:
I’m new to e-commerce after having spent my career working in services so far and was brought it by a small company to clean up a store that had a very messy back end and much of the store wasn’t linked, linked properly or had errors connecting products from Shopify to amazon. 

The previous software and why I switched: Codisto was very difficult to use and not intuitive. The linking of items was overly complicated. In an age with artificial intelligence and UX designers that are readily available to make things intuitive and user friendly, this software was unreasonably difficult to you. And didn’t have quick and easy user-guides that addressed the tasks that are most common/Necessary. They do have videos but that is buried within longer videos of info not relevant to me right now.
Some of the support staff was amazing and some got hyper focused on issues that were a symptom of the problem and not the actual problem (focusing on the lack of a SKU number instead of the SKU and all my work not saving when I hit save). THEN they were acquired by Shopify and rolled out a new version that wasn’t ready for release. Some one that was a new higher up in the company chose a date and made a demand instead of releasing a fully functional piece of software when it was ready. NOTHING WORKED. I had to put all my staff helping me clean up the store on hold. Two of the issues were escalated to DEV and no time frame was given on a fix. I lost a whole week of productivity. All of my work from the first half of the week was gone, just when I had thought that I understood the software and could finally make progress. 

So then I switched to CED!

So far the experience has been amazing. I was able to easily install the app. I connected with support on a video chat just a few hours later and they walked me through the set up, how it works and was able to get much more of our store online just by importing our Shopify store than I had been able to do in WEEKS with codisto. 
The matching of items works FAR better than codisto. The support is amazing and fast, there are multiple options to connect and they will take the time to make sure to understand and address the issues instead of talk down to you as though you don’t know what you are talking about. 

I wish I had done this immediately when I began in my current role. DO NOT bang your head against the wall with codisto. I highly recommend CED.

CedCommerce Amazon Channel App provided me expert customer support to add products to Amazon from my Shopify Store. The CEDCommerce Amazon app connects directly to Amazon Seller Central merchant accounts in all countries where I am already connected as a merchant. Initial setup is a bit detailed, but it allowed me to list directly from Shopify to Amazon in multiple countries, by creating templates and then cloning listings for each product listing. The AI feature is a amazing, making the listing process very straight forward. I had a great support team leading me through the process, and am looking forward to adding more listings from my Shopify store to Amazon, and also adding links between Amazon product and Shopify for up to the minute inventory control. Cedcommerce Amazon Channel.. I loved the functionality of this. It helps me to upload the products over amazon within a single day. I tried Amazon By Codisto and Shopify Marketplace Connect App and it did not help me to list a single product and is not as seamless as it was advertised whereas the functionality of Cedcommerce is very fluent. Response from the Support team is up to mark. I would rate 10/10 to CedCommerce.

Great support! Easy to integrate and set up and when I had a few errors with my product uploads, the support team was quick to respond and solved my problem within a few minutes! Saved me hours of additional troubleshooting. I haven't used other Amazon integration apps, but the support team here will definitely keep me from looking at other options!

i have used two API apps Codisto (Multichannel Connect) and CedCommerce so i found Cedcommerce best app over Multi connect app (Codisto). It allows me to sync my inventory, track sales, and manage orders all in one place. The customer support provided by CedCommerce is top-notch. Whenever I have encountered any issues or had questions, their team has been quick to respond and provide helpful solutions. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Initially the app is great and does what you would expect it to do. The issues come later when the syncs are not consistent and do not update all your product and product listings. The suggested solution for me today was to manually sync inventory for products that have not synced in 5+ days. Why should one have to manually sync inventory on an app that is supposed to do this as an automated process? Support is there, but sometimes slow to respond and not super helpful even with detailed questions. For now, the app is still working for us, but there may be a search for a better alternative down the line.

Working with the new technologies can sometimes be frustrating. Just when you need support, you can quickly get in touch with the support team. They respond quickly and the team members are patient and friendly. The app itself is more convenient than Amazon Seller Central itself. The app and the service is efficient and therefore recommendable.
