Effortlessly upload attachment files, including manuals, licenses, certificates, warranties, and more, in multiple file formats, including PDFs, to your product pages. Plus, you can create an eye-catching attachment block that draws the attention of your customers and provides all the necessary information. This is much more effective than adding the files to Shopify product descriptions, which can be easily ignored. Say goodbye to missed sales and customer complaints about missing information.

Inbox puts an AI-powered sales associate on your storefront. Buyers can ask questions and get help finding the right products from your catalog. When buyers sign in with Shop, your Inbox agent can personalize replies using their preferences and purchase history from across Shopify. Run Inbox with or without the agent. Inbox learns from your catalog, policies, and store content while you control its tone, style, and rules.

Shopify Forms lets you easily add a form to your store, so you can convert visitors into leads and, eventually, sales. Create inline and pop-up forms to collect wholesale leads, subscriber signups, and essential business information. Add colors and images that match your store’s branding, incentivize with discounts, and translate your forms into different languages. Use submission data to build customer profiles and personalize engagement. Plus, analyze performance metrics to learn and improve.
