Pre-Order & Back-in-Stock makes it easy to manage pre-sales and notify customers when products are available. Set up pre-orders based on inventory levels or schedule them with start and end dates. Automatically tag orders with labels like “preorder” or “shipping date” and send confirmation emails to customers. For back-in-stock functionality, customers can subscribe to get notified the moment a sold-out product is restocked, helping you recover lost sales and improve customer satisfaction.

C:Hub upgrades your default Customer Accounts with a branded account page and optional slide-out account panel connected to your storefront. Let customers view orders, track deliveries, start returns, use Pay Now and Buy Again, update profiles, get support, and return to saved carts or viewed products. Build menus, content blocks, profile fields, announcements, and order actions in a no-code visual editor before publishing. Works with classic and new Customer Accounts, plus 80+ app integrations.
