Go beyond Shopify's product variant limits. Let customers personalize with 30+ option types: text box, image/color swatches, file/image upload, date/time picker and more. Add price add-ons for engraving, gift wrap, rush processing and shipping protection. AI scan and template suggestions handle the setup, and you can now ask Shopify Sidekick about your option sets, conditional logic, plan features or help docs right in the Shopify admin. Fully compatible with Shopify Discounts at checkout.

Inbox puts an AI-powered sales associate on your storefront. Buyers can ask questions and get help finding the right products from your catalog. When buyers sign in with Shop, your Inbox agent can personalize replies using their preferences and purchase history from across Shopify. Run Inbox with or without the agent. Inbox learns from your catalog, policies, and store content while you control its tone, style, and rules.
