About Workflow Forms
Collect leads, wholesale requests and signups, then automate the follow-up for each submission
Build forms from a library of reusable fields, from text, email and date to dropdowns, consent and hidden fields, or start from a template. Add show-if conditions and multi-step pages, then show the form as a theme block, a popup or a direct link page. Each submission lands in an inbox and starts Shopify Flow with every answer, so you can tag customers, create draft orders or send emails. Spam filtering, CSV export and translations are included.
Listing highlights
- Reusable field library with twelve field types, six layout blocks and templates
- Show-if conditions and multi-step pages with a progress indicator
- Show forms as a theme block, a timed or exit-intent popup, or a direct link
- Three Flow triggers: form submitted, submission rejected and status changed
- Spam filtering, submissions inbox, CSV export and up to 30 languages per form
How Shoplist knows
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows Workflow Forms on a store, it is there.
Read the data methodology- Counts are based on Shoplist's latest available public crawl signal dated October 22, 2026.
- Shoplist has not yet found reliable public storefront evidence connecting a Shopify store to this app. This does not mean the app has no users. Some apps are new, admin-only, server-side, theme-independent, or otherwise difficult to detect from public storefront signals.
- Merchant rows are filtered to public brand profiles with enough public data to link safely. Full workflow, filtering, and monitoring stay behind signup.
- Review, pricing, feature, screenshot, and listing-change data come from public Shopify App Store and Shoplist crawl records. Signals can change between crawls.
