About OwedView
OwedView shows wholesale brands what they're owed, what's overdue and which accounts need attention.
Wholesale orders on payment terms are hard to track, because they look much like any other sale. OwedView shows what you're owed, how much is overdue, and which trade accounts to chase first. Payment terms are set per account — one customer on Net 7, another on Net 90 — so two invoices raised the same day can fall due 83 days apart. OwedView ages each one against the date it actually falls due, not the order date, and counts part-paid orders as the balance owed, not the order total.
Listing highlights
- A chase list ranked by who owes you most past their due date, and how long ago
- See the goods you still hold for accounts that already owe you money
- Drafts the chase message — you send it. Nothing is emailed to your customers
- See everything outstanding, split by how overdue it is, from current to 90+ days
- Ages every invoice by that account's own terms, from Net 7 to Net 90

How Shoplist knows
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows OwedView on a store, it is there.
Read the data methodology- Counts are based on Shoplist's latest available public crawl signal dated October 25, 2026.
- Shoplist has not yet found reliable public storefront evidence connecting a Shopify store to this app. This does not mean the app has no users. Some apps are new, admin-only, server-side, theme-independent, or otherwise difficult to detect from public storefront signals.
- Merchant rows are filtered to public brand profiles with enough public data to link safely. Full workflow, filtering, and monitoring stay behind signup.
- Review, pricing, feature, screenshot, and listing-change data come from public Shopify App Store and Shoplist crawl records. Signals can change between crawls.
